The system includes an air handling device communicably connectable with the central communication unit and configured to move air throughout the at least one room upon receipt of an outgoing instruction from the central communication unit.

The pump unit is in fluid communication with an interior of the distribution duct of the HVAC system to release the chemical fragrance into the distribution duct.
