Air filtration and control system for an animal housing
A base carrying a left-side panel and a right-side panel. A top panel is disposed on and extends between said side panels, wherein said base, said side panels and top panel define a pet receiving area. A blower unit disposed at a rear side of said pet receiving area drawing air in a direction from a front side to said rear side of the housing across the pet receiving area. An airflow control covering disposed on at least one of said left-side panel and said right-side panel providing a reduced airflow entering said pet receiving area through the side panel relative to a front side of the housing, wherein a negative air pressure is established within the housing while providing a primary airflow direction from said front side to said rear side of the housing to container pet hair, dander and debris within said housing.
ECONOMIZERS FOR HEATING, VENTILATION, AND AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC) SYSTEMS, HVAC SYSTEMS INCLUDING SAME, AND METHODS THERETO
The disclosed technology includes devices and systems for an economizer of a heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system. The disclosed technology can include an economizer for an HVAC system comprising a housing, an air inlet extending through a wall of the housing, a sliding door configured to transition between a closed position and an open position, and a controller configured to cause the sliding door to transition between the closed position and the open position based on temperature data. The sliding door can comprise a first portion forming a barrier and a second portion comprising at least one aperture. In the closed position, the first portion can align with the air inlet and substantially prevent ambient air from moving through the air inlet. In the open position, the second portion can align with the air inlet and permit the ambient air to move through the air inlet.
MAGNETIC RESONANCE SYSTEM WITH AIR SUCTION APPARATUS
A magnetic resonance system has an air suction apparatus configured and arranged so as to suck air exhaled by a patient examined by the MR system. A method for operating the MR system is also provided, with which air exhaled by a patient examined by the MR system is sucked in.
EXHAUST FAN
An exhaust fan for a space is provided. The exhaust fan includes a vent and a plurality of blades. The exhaust fan further includes a fan motor operatively coupled to the plurality of fan blades. The fan motor is configured to drive rotation of the plurality of fan blades to draw air within the space through the vent. The exhaust fan includes a microphone and a sensor. The sensor is configured to detect one or more parameters of the air. The exhaust fan further includes one or more control devices. The one or more control devices are configured to obtain, via the one or more microphones, audio data indicative of one or more voice commands associated with controlling operation of the fan motor. The one or more control devices are further configured to control operation of the fan motor based, at least in part, on the audio data.
AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
An air conditioning system includes an outdoor unit including a control device, an indoor unit communicably connected to the control device, and an outside air processor communicably connected to the control device. The indoor unit is capable of performing ordinary operation control to adjust a temperature of air in a room, the air being taken in the indoor unit, and supply the air into the room, and output restriction control under which an output is restricted as compared with an output under the ordinary operation control. The outside air processor is capable of performing ordinary operation control to adjust at least one of a temperature and a humidity of air outside the room, the air being taken in the outside air processor, and supply the air into the room, and output restriction control under which an output is restricted as compared with an output under the ordinary operation control. The control device causes the outside air processor to shift from the ordinary operation control to the output restriction control on condition that the indoor unit shifts from the ordinary operation control to the output restriction control.
VENT-FREE FIREPLACE HEAT REMOVAL SYSTEM AND ACCESSORIES ADAPTED FOR REMOVAL OF EXCESS HEAT FROM A ROOM WHEREIN THE VENT-FREE FIREPLACE IS LOCATED
A vent-free fireplace heat removal system and accessories for installation of components for same, and methods for removal utilizing same. The system includes components so that when in use, heat generated in the combustion space escapes into the room in which the fireplace is situated, and heat in the room within a determined distance from the fireplace enters a slot, collects in a collection duct, and passes through a heat exhaust aperture to be expelled from the room. In certain embodiments, a fan system enhances the ability of the vent-free fireplace to expel heat.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MULTI-STEP WATERPROOFING WITH MOISTURE CONTROL
A system is provided that improves basement sustainability in regards to a building's sub-ground level foundation hydrostatic pressure modulation, waterproofing and interior air control and that yields sustained clean and dry interior space.
METHOD FOR MITIGATING AIRBORNE PATHOGENS FROM A LIVESTOCK HOUSE
A method for mitigating airborne pathogens from a livestock house is disclosed. In an embodiment, the method comprises using a cross-flow ventilation system, which is fluidly connected to a livestock house and configured to control the air quality and movement by introducing ambient air into at least one air filtration system that is attached to a side wall of the house; conditioning the air in the air filtration system by performing at least one step selected from filtering, cooling, disinfecting, or pressurizing the air; introducing the conditioned air into an air chamber; flowing the conditioned air from the air chamber into the house through at least one ventilation panel to the opposing sidewall with a laminar or substantially laminal flow of air; and removing the air from the house using an exhaust fan attached to a side wall opposite the side wall containing the air filtration system.
AIR QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND CONTROL THEREFOR
According to an aspect of the present disclosure, an air quality management system may include a mobile application distributed to at least one user device, at least one air quality management device, and at least one computing resource, wherein the at least one computing resource operates a first networking layer configured to receive input from the at least one mobile application. Also, the at least one computing resource operates a second networking layer that receives input from the at least one air quality management device. The air quality management system may further comprise a data connection between the first and second networking layers to transfer commands of the at least one mobile application from the first networking layer to the second networking layer, and to transfer device information of the at least one air quality management device from the second networking layer to the first networking layer.
