SILENT DEVICE FOR AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT

A reference microphone for detecting noise is located under a first duct. The noise is in the form of a first plane wave in the first duct. A speaker is located on a top of the first duct. Connected to an upper part of the first duct is a second duct including an error microphone. The first plane wave in the first duct passes through an acoustic path and reaches the second duct. The error microphone detects the sound, and the speaker outputs a second plane wave with an opposite phase for canceling the first plane wave.

ADAPTIVE HVAC SUPPORT STRUCTURE

An illustrative example embodiment of a structure for supporting a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) unit includes a frame having support members configured to be situated beneath the HVAC unit to support a weight of the HVAC unit, which is directed in a vertical direction. The frame is at least partially situated in a plane that is perpendicular to the vertical direction. A supply air passage and a return air passage are supported by the frame. The return air passage has a first side and a second side opposite the first side. The first side is oriented at a first oblique angle relative to the plane. The second side is oriented at a second oblique angle relative to the plane. The first oblique angle is different than the second oblique angle.

Silencing tubular structure body

Provided is a silencing tubular structure body that has high strength and can be disposed in a narrow space. A tubular member including a tubular portion having a tubular shape, and a frame portion having at least a part formed integrally with an inner peripheral surface side of the tubular portion; and a lid member that is exchangeably disposed on an opening surface of the frame portion of the tubular member are included, in which the frame portion and the lid member form a resonant silencing structure.

An air conditioner is disclosed. The disclosed air conditioner can comprise: a housing having an inflow port and a discharge port; a partition disposed inside the housing so as to divide the inside of the housing into a first space at the inflow port side and a second space at the discharge port side, and having at least one opening for allowing the first space and the second space to communicate; at least one blower unit disposed in the first space, and including a duct, which passes through the opening so as to protrude toward the second space and discharges the air of the first space to the second space; and a heat exchanger disposed in the second space.
