Corrosion protection system for heating ventalation air conditioning refrigeration

A corrosion protection system is provided. The corrosion protection system comprises an electrical contact coupled to an apparatus. The electrical contact can apply a negative potential to the apparatus. The corrosion protection system comprises a sensor. The sensor detects moisture with respect to the apparatus. The corrosion protection system comprises a power supply. The power supply is electrically coupled to the electrical contact and provides a negative potential to the electrical contact in accordance with commands of a processor. The processor utilizes the power supply attached to the apparatus via the electrical contact to provide and apply the negative potential to the apparatus based on a sensor signal from the sensor. The sensor signal indicates the detection of the moisture by the sensor.

Air conditioning system using fuel cell system

An air conditioning system using a fuel cell system can reduce energy consumption for air conditioning and can use the electricity produced by operating the fuel cells, where a fuel cell blower that is used to operate fuel cells is also used for air conditioning. The air conditioning system includes an air intake line connected between an interior and an exterior of a building; an air blower disposed in the air intake line to supply external air to the interior; a first intake shut-off valve for opening or closing the air intake line; a fuel cell system receiving air in the interior by operation of the fuel cell blower and producing electrical energy; and a controller controlling operation of the first intake shut-off valve to open the air intake line when the fuel cell system is operated.

Zone monitoring systems and methods for a zoning system

The present disclosure relates to a control system for a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system. The control system includes a user interface configured to receive a first input indicative of a first expected operating range of a first parameter in a first zone and to receive a second input indicative of a second expected operating range of a second parameter in a second zone. A first set point for the first parameter is within the first expected operating range and a second set point for the second parameter is within the second expected operating range. The control system includes a controller configured to manage operation of the HVAC system and to provide a first alert in response to the first parameter being outside of the first expected operating range and a second alert in response to the second parameter being outside of the second expected operating range.

EXHAUST FANS FOR HVAC SYSTEM WITH ENERGY RECOVERY WHEEL

A heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) unit includes an energy recovery wheel, a first exhaust fan configured to draw a first air flow across the energy recovery wheel and discharge the first air flow from the HVAC unit, a second exhaust fan configured to draw a second air flow across the energy recovery wheel and discharge the second air flow from the HVAC unit, and a controller configured to operate the first exhaust fan and the second exhaust fan in an economizer mode and configured to operate the first exhaust fan and suspend operation of the second exhaust fan in an energy recovery mode.
