The sensor is configured to detect one or more parameters of the air. The exhaust fan further includes one or more control devices. The one or more control devices are configured to obtain, via the one or more microphones, audio data indicative of one or more voice commands associated with controlling operation of the fan motor. The one or more control devices are further configured to control operation of the fan motor based, at least in part, on the audio data.
MODULAR RETURN AIR DEVICE
A modular return air device includes a body and a first air return configured to facilitate incoming air to enter the body, wherein the body has a grille and a damper. The modular return air device further includes one or more sensors configured to collect data regarding the incoming air and a second air return configured to facilitate the air to exit the body of the modular return air device.
System and Method for Measuring Individual Air Pollutant Exposure
An air quality monitor connected to a server that can identify individual people as they move from room to room count the people in each room; the information is then used to determine each person's individual exposure to pollutants.
AIR QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND CONTROL THEREFOR
According to an aspect of the present disclosure, an air quality management system may include a mobile application distributed to at least one user device, at least one air quality management device, and at least one computing resource, wherein the at least one computing resource operates a first networking layer configured to receive input from the at least one mobile application. Also, the at least one computing resource operates a second networking layer that receives input from the at least one air quality management device. The air quality management system may further comprise a data connection between the first and second networking layers to transfer commands of the at least one mobile application from the first networking layer to the second networking layer, and to transfer device information of the at least one air quality management device from the second networking layer to the first networking layer.
Air purification and dehumidification apparatus using solar energy
Air purification and dehumidification apparatus includes a first cooler that cools air introduced through a first inlet, a first rotor that primarily adsorbs and absorbs VOCs and moisture contained in the air cooled by the first cooler, an air conditioning unit that cools or heats the air primarily purified and dehumidified by the first rotor, a blower that moves the air cooled or heated by the air conditioning unit, a second rotor that adsorbs and absorbs VOCs and moisture remaining in the air moved by the blower, a second cooler that re-cools the air secondarily purified and dehumidified by the second rotor, a first heating unit that heats air that is introduced through a second inlet and is then supplied to the first rotor, using sequentially solar energy and electric energy, and a third cooler that condenses air containing the VOCs and moisture that are released from the first rotor.
AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM
An air-conditioning system is provided that may include a first air-processing apparatus, which includes a first inlet formed in a first surface thereof that extends perpendicular to a floor or a ceiling and a first outlet formed in a second surface thereof perpendicular to the first inlet and induces air introduced into the first inlet to exchange heat with refrigerant and to be discharged through the first outlet, and a second air-processing apparatus, which includes a second outlet formed therein so as to be open in a same direction as the first outlet and a second inlet formed therein so as to be open in a same direction as the first inlet. The air-conditioning system may be driven in a combined operation mode in which the first and second air-processing apparatuses operate simultaneously or an independent operation mode in which one of the first air-processing apparatus or the second air-processing apparatus operates.
FAN POWERED AIR FILTRATION UNIT
The present disclosure is directed methods and apparatus that improve the energy efficiency of an air filtration apparatus while maintaining a high level of filtration capabilities. Air filtration apparatus consistent with the present disclosure may include an input, a fan, a pre-filter, and electrical conductors that provide a high voltage used to charge particles in an air flow. This apparatus may also include a secondary filter that traps charged particles. The pre-filter may filter air using conventional means, where a high energy electric field generated by high voltage conductors may charge particles in the air such that those particles may clump together and be captured in the secondary filter. These clumping effects may allow a less dense filter media to capture particles that would otherwise pass through the less dense filter. Micro-organisms attached to the captured particles may be degraded or destroyed after they are captured in the secondary filter.
Zone monitoring systems and methods for a zoning system
The present disclosure relates to a control system for a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system. The control system includes a user interface configured to receive a first input indicative of a first expected operating range of a first parameter in a first zone and to receive a second input indicative of a second expected operating range of a second parameter in a second zone. A first set point for the first parameter is within the first expected operating range and a second set point for the second parameter is within the second expected operating range. The control system includes a controller configured to manage operation of the HVAC system and to provide a first alert in response to the first parameter being outside of the first expected operating range and a second alert in response to the second parameter being outside of the second expected operating range.
INDOOR AIR POLLUTION PREVENTION SYSTEM
An indoor pollution prevention system includes a plurality of gas detection modules, one or more intelligent control-driving processing devices, one or more gas-exchange processing devices, one or more intake passages, and one or more discharge passages. The intake passage is connected to the gas-exchange processing device and has an intake opening for guiding the outdoor gas into an indoor space. The discharge passage is connected to the gas-exchange processing device and has a discharge opening for discharging the air pollution source to the outdoor space. The intelligent control-driving processing device controls the gas-exchange processing device to be enabled under a surveillance condition of the gas detection module, so that the air pollution source passes through the discharge passage, filtered and purified by a cleaning and filtration assembly, and is discharged to the outdoor space, thereby allowing the indoor space to have a clean air.
System for device addition or replacement that uses a code scan
A building management system, such as a small or medium business, having one or more control devices. Assigning codes to devices, and reading and listing them may aid in configuring the devices. Templates may be used for dynamic configuration of devices and equipment. Representing terminal assignments and wiring diagrams of control devices may be intuitive in that they resemble real hardware for ease of complete installation. The present system and approach may provide an intuitive way of securely registering devices with cloud usage, for example, involving a mobile phone with no manual entry of data so that a user can complete this process with ease. An intuitive, automatic and asynchronous device configuration downloading may be seen, such as to multiple control devices in a single shot. There may be seamless configuration data synchronization, for example, in view of replacement devices, or so the latest data is readily available.
