A fan base and mirror apparatus for use in cooling a user's neck and torso while the user is positioned adjacent the apparatus includes a base member having upper and lower portions. A fan member is pivotally coupled to the base member and selectively movable between upward and downward directed configurations. An upstanding support member is coupled to the upper portion of the base member and extends upwardly therefrom. A mirror is operatively coupled to an upper end of the support member such that the mirror is vertically displaced from the fan member, the mirror being movable between straight and tilted configurations. The apparatus includes a light coupled to the mirror and electrically connected to a power source, the light configured to illuminate the mirror when energized.

The present disclosure provides an improved food preparation table. Cooled air is passed over the top of each food pan individually, preventing the food from spoiling at high ambient temperatures. The sides of the food pans are also cooled at the same time.

A system for controlling ambient temperatures of exposed structures using phase change materials and/or tempered liquid delivery systems. Phase change materials may be fabricated to hold the surrounding temperature at a desired temperature, such as 70 degrees Fahrenheit/21 degrees Celsius. As the heat load rises above this desired temperature, the heat is absorbed into the phase change material until that material has completely transitioned through its phase change, after which it will no longer absorb heat load. As the temperature then cools off at night, the heat is released from the phase change material, and the material changes back into its original phase. Phase change material may be placed within or on the exterior of stadium chairs. A liquid piping system may also be used to provide ambient heat control, including liquid piping for piping temperature-controlled liquid throughout the stadium while preventing condensation.

A system includes: a climate-controlled bench; a retractable shade positioned near the climate-controlled bench and including multiple foot supports coupled to the climate-controlled bench; and at least one tablet holder attached to a component of the climate-controlled bench. In some embodiments, the system instead, or in addition, includes at least one HVAC unit and at least one heater box, both of which are thermally and/or fluidly coupled to at least one other component of the system.
