Decorative air vent apparatus
A decorative air vent apparatus can be used to cover air vent openings that supply heated or cooled air to a room from a central HVAC system. The decorative air vent is comprised of a housing, a decorative insert, and a decorative face plate. The housing supplants or is inserted into a conventional HVAC air vent opening and provides a space for the attachment and display of a decorative insert on the interior of the vent opening. The decorative face plate attaches to the housing, and has a central opening allowing for visual observation of the interior of the housing for the observer's enjoyment of the displayed decorative insert. The insert and face plate present artistic patterns or depictions and are interchangeable. When not used in conjunction with the housing, the decorative insert can be attached directly to the decorative face plate and displayed on a flat surface.
Ceiling concealed indoor unit and air-conditioning apparatus equipped therewith
A ceiling concealed indoor unit and an air-conditioning apparatus equipped therewith includes a body; and a body decorative panel installed below the body, in which the body decorative panel includes a pair of guide ribs disposed to be opposite to each other and adapted to accept passage of a rail of an auxiliary decorative panel coupled to the body decorative panel.
AIR CONDITIONER
[Problem] To provide an air conditioner provided with a water dripping prevention means which does not visually stand out, but rather improves outer appearance quality.
[Solution] A dotted embossed pattern including a plurality of projections is formed along a panel opening forming an air outlet in a decorative panel. The projections have gaps (preferably 2.0 mm) therebetween such that condensation generated on a panel surface of the decorative panel can flow along the panel surface.

HEATING AND COOLING APPLIANCE
A heating and cooling appliance includes a heat pump unit, an electric fireplace having an electric heating element and a display panel included on a front surface of the electric fireplace, a room temperature sensor, and a processor operatively connected to the heat pump unit, the electric heating element, and the room temperature sensor. The processor is configured to operate the heat pump unit in a cooling mode, operate the heat pump unit in a heating mode, or operate the electric heating element, in response to a signal received from the room temperature sensor. The processor is further configured to cause an image to be displayed on a display panel of the electric fireplace when either the heat pump unit or the electric heating element is operated.
EXTERIOR MATERIAL FOR HOME APPLIANCE AND AIR CONDITIONER INCLUDING SAME
An exterior material for home appliances comprises a plastic material; and a coating layer formed on the top of the plastic material. The coating layer may comprise at least one of a wax-based additive, a fluorine-based additive, or a wax-based additive and a fluorine-based additive by applying a coating solution having a viscosity of about 10 to 100 g/cm s that comprises the at least one additive.
Indoor unit of an air-conditioning apparatus
An outer shell panel includes: a front panel which is provided on a front surface portion of a body casing; and side panels which are arranged on side surface portions of the body casing. The side panels each include: a base member which is provided on a side end portion of the front panel; a connecting member has a flat plate shape and has no light transmissivity, the connecting member including a first surface and a second surface formed on to the opposite side of the first surface, and being attached to the base member, with the first surface located to face the base member; and a design panel which has a flat plate shape and has light transmissivity, the design panel being attached to a peripheral edge of the connecting member to be opposite to the second surface of the connecting member.
Concealed roof vent and method of use
A concealed roof vent has a base member having a primary aperture, a top panel coupled to the rear side of the base member and extending to the front side of the base member at an increasing angle, the top panel sized so as to shield the primary aperture; the top panel being coupled to the front side of the base member using one or more support legs; and at least one secondary aperture on the front side between the panel and the base member. Air from the attic passes through the primary aperture to the secondary aperture, through channels on the underside of roofing tiles, and to the atmosphere.
CEILING-EMBEDDED AIR CONDITIONER
To prevent wind leakage and dew condensation in a rotating portion of a rotating unit in a ceiling-embedded air conditioner having, in an air blowing part of a decorative panel, the rotating unit that rotates around an axis that is normal to a virtual plane of the rear surface side of the decorative panel that is parallel to the bottom surface of a body unit. An outer flange is formed on an the outer peripheral side of a rotating ring attached to a rotating unit, an inner flange that constitutes a thrust bearing together with the outer flange is formed on the inner peripheral side of an opening into which the rotating ring is fitted, and a sealing material is provided between the inner flange and the outer flange.
