System and method for operating an air conditioner unit having an auxiliary electric heater
An air conditioner unit includes a refrigeration loop, a variable speed compressor coupled to the refrigeration loop, an indoor temperature sensor, an electric heater, and a controller operably coupled to the variable speed compressor, the indoor temperature sensor, and the electric heater. The controller is configured to operate the variable speed compressor at a target speed, identify an auxiliary heating trigger of the air conditioner unit, and operate the electric heater according to the auxiliary heating trigger.
BULK FOOD PROCESSOR WITH ANGLED AXIAL FLOW FAN
Apparatus and methods for bulk processing items on a conveyor belt using an angled axial fan that extends obliquely into a processing chamber and includes a curved back wall forming an air flow chamber. The angled axial fan enhances air flow around a product being processed on the conveyor belt. A heater employs shrouds and a series of baffle plates held together using a connecting pin to heat circulated air in a low-pressure area below the conveyor belt. Baffles in an upper chamber mix and direct heated, circulated air over the conveyed product.
Fan assembly
A fan assembly comprising an air inlet, at least one air outlet, an impeller, a motor for rotating the impeller to draw air through the air inlet, at least one heater assembly, and a user interface for allowing a user to select a speed setting for the motor from a user selectable range of speed settings, and for allowing a user to select one of a first and second operational mode of the fan assembly. A rotational speed of the motor is set depending on the user selected speed setting, and is selected from a first range of values when the first operational mode of the fan assembly has been selected, and from at least one second range of values when the second operational mode of the fan assembly has been selected, with each value within each of the range of values being associated with a respective speed setting.
AIR-CONDITIONER CONTROL SYSTEM AND CONTROL METHOD FOR AIR CONDITIONER
An air-conditioner control system is obtained that includes an air conditioner main body including an air conditioning function, a power-supply circuit unit, a control board mounted with an electronic component including a microcomputer for control, a temperature sensor that measures temperature of the electronic component, and a temperature control unit that heats, during normal operation, on the basis of a measurement value of the temperature sensor, the electronic component such that operation is performed at temperature equal to or higher than a guarantee temperature of the electronic component. Therefore, a target component can always be used within a guarantee temperature range of a manufacturer during normal operation of an air conditioner.
Bath fan and heater with cover having adjustable luver or depressible fastener and depressible release
Apparatus, systems and methods of using 70 CFM ventilation fans with heaters for bathrooms having depressibly engageable and depressibly releaseable light covers. The novel ventilation fans and heaters can be mounted to structure in ceilings and inside walls with telescoping suspension brackets that are affixed directly to separate sides of the housing to support the housing against joists and structural supports behind the ceiling. Adjustable louvers on the grill cover allow for outgoing heated air to travel in a different direction into a space from the incoming air travelling into the housing. Plastic type housings around blower wheels reduce undesirable noise effects. Light covers can be easily opened and closed by using depressible engageable fasteners, and depressible release fasteners.
MULTI FUNCTION DUCTLESS FOLDING UTILITY ENCLOSURE
The disclosure provides a multi-function ductless enclosure apparatus. Its main purpose is to be used as a paint spray booth to capture excess paint, pass it through filters with the use of a fan and then exhaust the ensuing clean air out, back into the room air. This booth is foldable and light weight and can be moved to a different location in minutes. It can also be transformed to serve many other applications with the use of a few accessories thereby saving the end user from having to have several booths (saving counter space) and also saving him from having to spend a lot of money buying many booths for different applications.
Air conditioner heater control based on power supply cord parameters
Air conditioner units and methods of operating the same are provided. One example method includes determining whether one or more heaters included in the air conditioner unit are energized. The method includes determining whether an operating speed of a fan included in the air conditioner unit is less than a threshold speed. The method includes determining whether a power provided to the air conditioner unit by a utilized power supply cord is greater than a threshold power. The method includes de-energizing at least one of the one or more heaters when it is determined that the one or more heaters are energized, the operating speed of the fan is less than the threshold speed, and the power provided by the utilized power supply cord is greater than the threshold power.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS TO DETECT HEATER MALFUNCTION AND PREVENT DRY BURNING
A heater, e.g. an anti-freezing heater, is disclosed. The heater can be configured to set off an alarm when a heating element is broken or malfunction. The heater can also be configured to connect the heating element to a relatively low voltage when the heating element may experience a dry burning condition.
OUTDOOR UNIT OF AIR-CONDITIONING APPARATUS
An outdoor unit of an air-conditioning apparatus includes a housing, a heat exchanger, a bottom plate, a drainage structure, and a heating means. The housing has an opening through a side of the housing. The heat exchanger is disposed in an upper portion of the interior of the housing. The bottom plate is disposed at the bottom of the housing, and has a drainage hole through which to drain out drain water generated at the heat exchanger. The drainage structure is disposed below the heat exchanger and that guides the drain water to the bottom plate. The drainage structure includes a side panel that covers the opening of the housing, and a water guide plate disposed inside the housing and facing the side panel. The water guide plate and the side panel define a drainage path for draining the drain water between the water guide plate and the side panel.
SYSTEMS FOR TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT AND CONTROL OF INDOOR THERMAL ENVIRONMENT GENERATED BY INFRARED HEAT PANELS
A heated indoor cycling environment created by the use of infrared heat panels, a specific thermostat system including a high temperature range thermostat, remote sensors, a heating schedule, and a humidifying system is provided. The heated indoor cycling environment can be a heated room enclosed by a plurality of walls and at least one door. The thermostat system can include a heating and cooling system, two thermostats, two remote sensors, a plurality of infrared heating panels and an infrared heating panel thermostat. The thermostats, remote sensors and the plurality of infrared heating panels are installed within the heated room while the infrared heating panel thermostat is installed within a second room separate from the heated room. The infrared heating panel thermostat, the thermostats and the remote sensors provide information of air temperature of the heated room for controlling the heating and cooling system.
