INTEGRATED MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING APPLIANCE FOR A BUILDING
An integrated mechanical, electrical and plumbing appliance includes a housing defining a space occupied by an air treatment system, an electric power system, and a water treatment system. The electric power system includes a divides electrical power from an electrical power source connection into electrical circuit feeds for delivery within the housing to the air treatment system and the water treatment system, and to a building. The air treatment system includes receives exhaust air from the building and uses the exhaust air to precondition outdoor air, and receives return air from the building and conditions the return air. The water treatment system receives water from outside the building and divides the water into a water flow for output to the building and water flow to be filtered, filters water and outputs unheated water to the building, and heats water for output to the building.
Portable dehumidifier with remote moisture sensor
A portable dehumidifier includes a remote moisture sensor that is capable of being physically positioned at a location that is remote from a portable housing of the portable dehumidifier to sense moisture at the location. In some instances, the remote moisture sensor may be positioned near or on clothing in order to sense the dryness of the clothing and/or positioned near or on floors, walls, furniture, etc., in order sense the dryness thereof in connection with water damage restoration.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR WATER GENERATION FROM FIN FAN COOLERS
A water generation system and method for an industrial plant is disclosed. The system comprises a water collection system adapted to capture condensed water from the condensation surface from an ambient air conditioning system comprising a pre-cooler or chiller and a condensation surface, wherein the pre-cooler/chiller reduces the temperature of the condensation surface to a temperature at which moisture in the ambient air will condense on the condensation surface.
Dehumidifier
A dehumidifier including an evaporator, a condenser, and a fan arranged in a main body. The fan includes a first blowing part to blow air having passed through both the evaporator and the condenser, and a second blowing part to selectively blow any one of air having passed through both the condenser and the evaporator and air having passed through only the evaporator. The dehumidifier may additionally function to supply cold air.
Exhaust hood system with fluid wall air filter
An exhaust hood system can include an intake located within a building, an output, a duct positioned between the intake and the output, the duct fluidly connecting the intake and the output together, a filter positioned within the duct, the filter emitting a liquid within a portion of the duct, a drain in fluid communication with the filter, and a chamber comprising a photosynthetic agent or a fungal agent. The chamber can be in fluid communication with the drain.
Hydrogen gas system for combined refrigeration and power
A transport refrigeration unit (TRU) system is usable with a refrigerated cargo system. The TRU system includes a fuel cell configured to generate power for the TRU so that the TRU can refrigerate an interior compartment of the refrigerated cargo system, a cryo-compressed fuel tank to store a supply of cryo-compressed hydrogen, a heat exchanger and a conduit system configured to transport the cryo-compressed hydrogen from the cryo-compressed fuel tank, through the heat exchanger for promoting refrigeration of the interior compartment, and to the fuel cell.
