PORTABLE WATER HEATER
A portable water heater includes an inner bracket and a thermostatic chamber. A burner and a heat exchanger are arranged in the inner bracket. An upper end of the heat exchanger is provided with a fume collecting hood. The burner includes multiple fire rows arranged side by side, and the fire rows are connected to each other through a gas-distributing rod. The gas-distributing rod is provided with a segmented self-priming valve. A gas-regulating valve is provided on a gas inlet pipe. An inlet end of an internal heat-exchanging pipe of the heat exchanger is communicated with a cold water feeding pipe. The thermostatic chamber has a water inlet connected to a hot water delivering pipe and a water outlet connected to a hot water discharging pipe, and a connecting pipe is provided between the cold water feeding pipe and the hot water delivering pipe.
FLUID HEATING SYSTEM WITH COMBUSTION TRIM LEARNING
A fluid heating system including a burner unit is operated based on feedback control loops. The fluid heating system comprises a burner unit configured to heat a fluid, a sensor configured to sense a characteristic of the appliance, and a controller coupled to the burner unit and the sensor. The controller includes an electronic processor and a memory. The controller is configured to receive a first signal corresponding to the characteristic from the sensor, determine, based on the first signal, a first feedback loop control, control combustion of the burner unit based on the first feedback loop control, determine, based on the first feedback loop control, a second feedback loop control, and control combustion of the burner unit based on the second feedback loop control.
Forced air supply type of combustion apparatus
A forced air supply combustion apparatus sucks combustion air from an air supply port. An air filter for collecting foreign matters in the air is mounted on an air-supply-port-formed plate in an insertable and drawable manner. A filter frame is arranged to be brought into close contact with a peripheral part of the air supply port in a state of having mounted the air filter in position. The air-supply-port side edge parts are provided with retaining pieces to clamp a filter side frame part in the Z-axis direction against the side edge parts. A distance in the Z-axis direction between the air-supply-port side edge parts, and the retaining pieces is set larger than a dimension, in the Z-axis direction, of the filter side frame part, and is set smaller than a sum of the dimensions to be obtained by adding to said dimensions the projection height of the projections provided in a projecting manner.
PORTABLE HOT WATER SUPPLY TANK
A portable hot water supply tank is adapted to be used with a heat source, and includes a water storage unit, a heat exchange unit, and a circulation unit. The water storage unit includes a base member defining a lower water chamber. The heat exchange unit includes a heat exchanger connected to the base member. The circulation unit includes an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe. The heat exchanger is movable relative to the base member between an unfolded position and a folded position. When the heat exchanger is at the first position, water stored in the lower water chamber is drawn into the inlet pipe, flows through the heat exchanger to be heated by the heat source, and eventually flows back to the lower water chamber via the outlet pipe.
AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM USING HEAT PUMP AND AIR HEATING DEVICE
Provided is an air conditioning system. The air conditioning system includes a heat pump provided to heat or cool a circulating refrigerant, an air heating device provided to burn a fuel so as to heat circulating water so that air is heated by the heated water, and an intermediate heat exchanger provided to exchange heat between the refrigerant and the water.
Packaging system for a hot water heater
A packaging system for a hot water heater includes an outer box, a top insert, an offset filler, a base insert, and one or more side panels. The top insert contacts a top surface of the hot water heater and a top inside surface of outer box. The offset filler is coupled to the top insert and is sandwiched between the hot water heater and the outer box. The base insert contacts the bottom surface of the hot water heater and a bottom inside surface of the outer box. The base insert includes raised perimeter structures that form a shape that matches a shape of the bottom surface of the hot water heater. The raised perimeter structures and the offset filler position the hot water heater off-center with respect to a center axis of the outer box. Each side panel includes a raised pattern.
METHOD FOR CONVERTING A GAS BOILER INTO A LIQUID-FUEL BOILER
A method for converting a gas boiler into a liquid-fuel boiler. The gas boiler comprises an enclosure which accommodates a firebox, which forms a combustion chamber and is provided with a supporting wall which supports a burner provided with a combustion head, which protrudes from the supporting wall and has a substantially cylindrical shape with an internal cavity formed axially; the enclosure is provided with a passage in which an atomizing nozzle, connected to a liquid fuel supply duct, and at least one ignition electrode are inserted from the outside; a snorkel-shaped body is also applied to the end of the combustion head that is opposite with respect to the supporting wall and the supply duct is connected supply duct is connected to a pressurized source of liquid fuel.
MICRO-GRID PV SYSTEM HYBRID HOT WATER HEATER
Provided herein are systems and methods (i.e., utilities) that allow for the use of non-grid tied renewable energy systems (e.g., PV arrays and/or wind turbines) without requiring battery banks. In various aspects, these utilities permit the efficient use of renewable energy systems to generate electrical power as well as the ability to dynamically direct where such electrical power is applied.
Combustion Apparatus
In a combustion apparatus including: a burner made up of a burner body and a sheet-metal combustion plate; and a combustion box which has a connection flange part to be coupled to a body flange part in a circumference of the burner body, the combustion box has disposed therein water passages as a cooling means, and a thermal insulation material which overlaps that portion of the combustion plate flange part which faces an inner space of the combustion box.
A fixing plate for the thermal insulation material is attached to the combustion plate flange part. The fixing plate is provided with pressing claws for pressing in position the thermal insulation material so as to press and prevent the thermal insulation material from getting released away from the fixing plate. And water passages are disposed in a manner to contact the pressing claws.
