Concealed Safe Apparatus
A concealed safe apparatus for protecting valuables disguised to blend into a home environment. An exterior of the safe apparatus resembles a hot water heater that can be installed in a basement, garage, or similar area that would normally house a home water heater. The safe apparatus is configured to protect a wide variety of valuables from theft, fire, and environmental hazards. An internal vault of the safe apparatus is encased in an exterior resembling a cylindrical tank of the hot water heater. The internal vault is accessed by a disguised access door securable with a locking mechanism.
Solar water heating system
Systems and methods for a thermosyphonic water heating system for a storage tank. A DC heat pump receives power from a DC power source and heats water via a heat exchanger using a thermosyphonic piping system. A passive back-flushing having a cold water inlet pipe connected to the hot water return pipe draws cold water into the storage tank through the heat exchanger. A vertical array of temperature sensors distributed throughout the storage tank monitor temperature of stored water at multiple heights and a communication unit communicates monitored data to an external control device.
METHOD FOR COMMISSIONING A BIOMASS HEATING SYSTEM
A method for commissioning a biomass heating system for combusting fuel in the form of pellets and/or wood chips, the biomass heating system comprising a boiler with a combustion chamber, a blower and a control device with a memory and a display, the method comprising the following steps: Determining (S2) whether the biomass heating system is initialized for the first time, wherein if the biomass heating system is not initialized for the first time, the method is terminated, and if the biomass heating system is initialized for the first time, the method is continued with the following step: Setting a plurality of heat generation parameters (S5) comprising at least the following parameters: a boiler type parameter defining at least a working range of the blower; a material parameter defining the characteristics of the fuel(s) to be combusted.
CONTROL DEVICE FOR EXPANSION TANK AND WATER HEATER
An expansion tank control device and a water heater and expansion tank including the expansion tank control device. The device may include a water flow sensor arranged in a water inlet waterway of a water heater to detect water flow in the water inlet waterway. The device can further include a controller outputting a driving electric signal after receiving a first electric signal output by the water flow sensor, and a reset electric signal after receiving a second electric signal output by the water flow sensor. The expansion tank can include an electric driving part arranged on a shell of the expansion tank, and a push plate on a driving end of the part, a controlled end of the electric driving part driving the push plate to move toward the expansion tank after receiving the driving electric signal or away from the expansion tank after receiving the reset electric signal.
HOT WATER CIRCULATION DEVICE AND HOT WATER DEVICE MONITORING SYSTEM
The disclosure includes a hot water circulation device, and a hot water device monitoring system including a circulation passage; a circulation pump circulating hot water in the circulation passage; a closed expansion tank in which a water chamber communicating with the circulation passage and an air chamber filled with a predetermined pressure in initial state are partitioned by a diaphragm; and a control unit controlling hot water circulation. The hot water circulation device includes an air chamber pressure sensor detecting pressure in the air chamber; a closing valve cutting off water chamber from the circulation passage; and an open valve opening to atmosphere from between closing valve and water chamber. The control unit closes closing valve and opens opening valve during hot water circulation, detects pressure in the air chamber by the air chamber pressure sensor, and issues a warning notification when the pressure is not within predetermined pressure range.

Rotating grate with a cleaning device for a biomass heating system
A rotating grate for a biomass heating system is disclosed, the grate comprising: at least one rotating grate element; at least one bearing axle, by means of which the rotating grate element is rotatably mounted; at least one cleaning device attached to one of the rotating grate elements, wherein the cleaning device comprises a mass element movable relative to the rotating grate element; wherein the cleaning device is arranged in such a way that, upon rotation of the rotating grate element, an acceleration movement of the mass element is initiated so that the cleaning device exerts a knocking effect on the rotating grate element in order to clean the rotating grate element.
Tank of liquid able to be heated
Tank (1) comprising a chamber (2) to receive liquid, a shell (3) surrounding the chamber (2) and a resistive electric element (13) that can be positioned inside the chamber (2). The tank comprises two orifices (5, 6) facing each other, one of them (5) formed in the chamber (2) and the other (6) in the shell (3) and connected by a casing body (7) comprising a bottom (8) and a peripheral side wall (9), the casing body (7) and the chamber are made of a synthetic material, the casing body (7), of which the bottom (8) is holed, forms a connecting sleeve connecting said orifices (5, 6) to one another, the hole in the bottom (8) is externally bordered by a rim to form a tubular projection (12) inserted into the orifice (5) of the chamber (2), and the resistive electric element (13) takes the form of an elongate body fitted with a seal configured so that, in collaboration with the resistive electric element (3), it seals the hole.
CONNECTED DISHWASHER AND WATER HEATER APPLIANCES
A method for operating a dishwasher appliance includes receiving data indicating a status of hot water within a water heater appliance, receiving data indicating a status for a cycle of a dishwasher appliance, and initiating a start for the cycle of the dishwasher appliance in response to the data indicating the status of hot water within the water heater appliance indicating available hot water.
