Recirculating bath
A recirculating bath includes a reservoir for receiving a working liquid, a recirculating pump, and at least one thermal element. The recirculating pump and thermal element are located externally to the reservoir so that the reservoir has an unobstructed working space. The thermal element may be thermally coupled to the working liquid through an interior surface of the reservoir, or the working liquid may be circulated over the thermal element by the recirculating pump in a chamber external to the reservoir. The recirculating bath may also include a lid that provides access to the reservoir by pivoting on a latching hinge. When open, the lid may provide a working surface adjacent to the reservoir. The lid may also include a selector that unlatches the hinge so that the lid can be removed. The recirculating pump may be fluidically coupled to the reservoir via a manifold.

Swimming Pool/Spa Gas Heater Inlet Mixer System And Associated Methods
An inlet mixer system for a gas heater includes a housing in fluid communication with an inlet of a combustion blower, and first and second mixer inserts, each removably positionable within the housing. Each mixer insert includes a body defining a mixing chamber, an air intake, and a plurality of orifices disposed radially about the body and extending through the body, which provide respective volumetric flow rates of a fuel gas. When the first mixer insert is positioned within the housing, the inlet mixer system is configured for use with a first fuel gas, and when the second mixer insert is positioned within the housing, the inlet mixer system is configured for use with a second fuel gas.
HEATER AND HEATING POOL
Provided herein is a heater and a heating pool. The heater comprises a heating core that includes a first surface and a second surface arranged on the opposite side of the heating core. A first insulating housing is placed on the first surface and forms a first heat insulating chamber together with the first surface. The second insulating housing is placed on the second surface and forms a second heat insulating chamber together with the second surface, wherein the first heat insulating chamber and the second heat insulating chamber communicate with each other. The heater of the utility model has good insulation performance and can prevent the occurrence of electrical leakage, so that the safety performance of the heater is improved.

Provided herein is a heater and a heating pool. The heater comprises a heating core that includes a first surface and a second surface arranged on the opposite side of the heating core. A first insulating housing is placed on the first surface and forms a first heat insulating chamber together with the first surface. The second insulating housing is placed on the second surface and forms a second heat insulating chamber together with the second surface, wherein the first heat insulating chamber and the second heat insulating chamber communicate with each other. SOLAR HEATING SYSTEM
A solar heating system for heating domestic water or a heat transfer heating fluid has at least one external heating element which receives solar energy. The heating element is in the form of a panel which is formed by a first plate and a second plate which is connected to the first plate, the first and second plates being symmetrically profiled so as to form, outside contact zones between the first plate and the second plate, a flow channel for the passage of the domestic water or the heat transfer heating fluid which is to be heated and which flows in the panel. The first plate and second plate are deep-drawn from steel and connected to each other by laser welding over the entire surface of the contact zones. At least one of the first plate or the second plate has been subjected to surface texturing by laser processing.
SOLAR HEATING SYSTEM
A solar heating system for heating domestic water or a heat transfer heating fluid has at least one external heating element which receives solar energy. The heating element is in the form of a panel which is formed by a first plate and a second plate which is connected to the first plate, the first and second plates being symmetrically profiled so as to form, outside contact zones between the first plate and the second plate, a flow channel for the passage of the domestic water or the heat transfer heating fluid which is to be heated and which flows in the panel. The first plate and second plate are deep-drawn from steel and connected to each other by laser welding over the entire surface of the contact zones. CORROSION PREVENTION FOR HEAT EXCHANGER DEVICES AND POOL HEATERS
Disclosed herein are heat exchanger devices comprising an outer shell defining an interior chamber that is configured to pass a heat transfer fluid therethrough, a tube at least partially disposed within the interior chamber and in thermal communication with the heat transfer fluid, the tube being connected to a pool and configured to flow water from the pool therethrough such that the water flowing through the tube exchanges heat with the heat transfer fluid, and a coating disposed on an interior surface of the tube contacting the water from the pool, the coating comprising Nickel. The coating can comprise an additive, such as an electroless Nickel coating. The coating can also be selected from the group consisting of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), Boron Nitride (BN), Silicon Carbide (SiC), aluminum oxide (Al.sub.2O.sub.3), carbon (C), and carbon allotropes.
CONNECTED POOL AND SPA HEATER SYSTEM
A connected heating system is provided. The system includes a heater having a first inflow port and a first outflow port, a controller that monitors one or more conditions relating to the heater, and a heater bypass coupled between the first inflow port and the first outflow port. The system also includes a valve that controls flow of water received from a pool into the first inflow port and the heater bypass based on operating state identified by the controller. In operation, responsive to the controller identifying the operating state, the controller is configured to transmit control signals that direct actuation of the valve to achieve the operating state. Additionally, the heater is configured to heat portions of the water from the pool that flow between the first inflow port and the first outflow port when a heating mode is active.

A connected heating system is provided. The system includes a heater having a first inflow port and a first outflow port, a controller that monitors one or more conditions relating to the heater, and a heater bypass coupled between the first inflow port and the first outflow port.
