A machine core component, which is a universal part component for heater and fan manufacture, includes a core housing with a vertical structure having an air inlet at a lower end portion, an air outlet at an upper end portion, and an air duct formed between the air inlet and the air outlet; a driving motor and a wind wheel supported and received inside the core housing; and a heating element mounting window located at the air inlet for quick and easy installation of a heating element so that the machine core component can be used for fan or heater manufacture.

Electric Fluid Flow Heater with Heating Element Support Member

An electric heater to heat a flow of a fluid having a jacket block comprising a plurality of longitudinal bores to allow the through-flow of a gas phase medium. An elongate heating element extends through each of the bores and is positionally stabilised relative to the jacket block via at least one support member, optionally in the form or an elongate rod to inhibit undesirable independent axial and/or lateral movement of the heating element relative to the jacket block.

Electric Fluid Flow Heater with Stabilisation Brace

An electric heater to heat a flow of a fluid having a jacket block comprising a plurality of longitudinal bores to allow the through-flow of a gas phase medium. An elongate heating element extends through each of the bores that together with the jacket block define a heating assembly to heat the gas. The heating assembly is positionally stabilised within the electric heater via at least one brace configured to inhibit undesirable independent axial and/or lateral movement of the heating assembly within the electric heater.

Systems, tools, and methods are presented that enable a circuit to introduce a random time delay before actuating a relay to start or stop a supply of electrical power to a heating element of a heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. In one instance, the circuit includes a time-delay switch electrically connected to the relay. The time-delay switch has a random time delay before entering a closed state or open state. The relay is operable to start and stop a supply of electrical power to the heating element in response to the switch entering, respectively, the closed state and the open state. Other systems, tools and methods are presented.
