A condensate neutralizer device for treating a condensate flow, the condensate neutralizer device includes a compartment adapted to receive condensate neutralizing materials therein, the compartment having an inlet end and an outlet end, a plurality of apertures disposed only on a bottom surface of each of the inlet end and the outlet end of the compartment. The compartment is configured to receive the condensate flow traversing upwardly through the plurality of apertures at the inlet end in a direction from the inlet end to the outlet end through the condensate neutralizing materials before allowing a treated flow of the condensate flow to traverse downwardly through the plurality of apertures at the outlet end to exit the compartment as an effluent.

Gas-fired steam boiler with gap structure

A gas-fired steam boiler, including multiple heat exchange tubes, an upper steam header, a lower steam header, a casing, a burner, a condenser, a chimney, and a controller. The heat exchange tubes are vertically arranged to form an annular tube row. A space enclosed by the annular tube row is configured as a furnace. Adjacent two heat exchange tubes are combined to form a gap channel evenly distributed along a circumferential direction. A width of the gap channel is 0.1-4 mm, and a circumferential length of the gap channel is 50-300 mm. A length of the gap channel along an axial direction of the heat exchange tube is the same as a length of the heat exchange tube.

GAS-FIRED STEAM-INJECTION BOILER FOR OIL FIELD

A gas-fired steam-injection boiler has a flue and a water supply pipeline. The flue is provided with a radiation section and a convection section. The water supply pipeline has, in the flue gas flow direction, a first pipe section located at an upstream portion of the convection section, a second pipe section is located at a downstream portion of the convection section, and a third pipe section arranged between the first pipe section and the second pipe section. In a water flow direction of the water supply pipeline, the second pipe section, the first pipe section and the third pipe section are arranged in sequence. By using a flue gas condenser, the temperature of flue gas can be further reduced, and the latent heat of vaporization of steam in the flue gas is absorbed to form condensate water.

A drainage water discharge pipe is connected to a secondary heat exchanger for discharging drainage water to the outside of the secondary heat exchanger. An air passage pipe is connected to an exhaust box. A three-way pipe joint allows merging of a flow path on a side of the drainage water discharge pipe and a flow path on a side of the air passage pipe, and allows connection of the merged flow path to a drainage water tank connection pipe. In the three-way pipe joint, the flow path on the side of the air passage pipe is greater in diameter than the flow path on the side of the drainage water discharge pipe, and the flow path on the side of the drainage water tank connection pipe is decreased in diameter after merging of the drainage water discharge pipe and the air passage pipe.
