A tank water heater assembly is provided including a tank water heater and a drain pan provided with a sensor holder for mounting a sensor. The sensor holder accommodates a leak detection sensor at predefined distance above an inner surface of a bottom wall of the drain pan. In this way the presence of harmless small amounts of water in the drain pan do not trigger an alarm. A transport assembly is presented for facilitating transportation of the tank water heater assembly to an installation site and subsequent installation. Finally, a method for installation of a tank water heater assembly is provided.

A glue rewarming device includes a glue pipe, a main body, a plurality of temperature sensors, a timer, and a control terminal. Each glue pipe is configured to receive glue. The main body defines the grooves spaced apart from each other. Each groove is configured to receive one glue pipe. Each temperature sensor is in one groove and on an inner wall of the one groove. The temperature sensor is configured to sense a temperature of the glue in the glue pipe inserted into the corresponding groove. The timer is configured to record a time point when the glue pipe is placed in one groove and a time length from the time point when the glue pipe is placed in one groove to the time when the glue in the glue pipe reaches a target temperature. The control terminal is electrically connected to the timer and the temperature sensors.

A glue rewarming device includes a glue pipe, a main body, a plurality of temperature sensors, a timer, and a control terminal. Each glue pipe is configured to receive glue. The main body defines the grooves spaced apart from each other. Each groove is configured to receive one glue pipe. Each temperature sensor is in one groove and on an inner wall of the one groove. The temperature sensor is configured to sense a temperature of the glue in the glue pipe inserted into the corresponding groove. The timer is configured to record a time point when the glue pipe is placed in one groove and a time length from the time point when the glue pipe is placed in one groove to the time when the glue in the glue pipe reaches a target temperature. The control terminal is electrically connected to the timer and the temperature sensors.

A piping cover (6) has a side plate (8), wherein the side plate (8) includes a connecting flange (81) extending toward an inside of the piping cover (6) at an upper end thereof, the connecting flange (81) has an L-shaped notch (85) into which a connector (5) protruding downward from a bottom surface (23) of the casing (1) is inserted, and the L-shaped notch (85) includes a first slit (85a) opening to an inner end of the connecting flange (81) and extending outward from the inner end of the connecting flange (81), and a second slit (85b) bent and extending from an outer end of the first slit (85a).

A piping cover (6) has a side plate (8), wherein the side plate (8) includes a connecting flange (81) extending toward an inside of the piping cover (6) at an upper end thereof, the connecting flange (81) has an L-shaped notch (85) into which a connector (5) protruding downward from a bottom surface (23) of the casing (1) is inserted, and the L-shaped notch (85) includes a first slit (85a) opening to an inner end of the connecting flange (81) and extending outward from the inner end of the connecting flange (81), and a second slit (85b) bent and extending from an outer end of the first slit (85a).

Provided is a water heater including a burner that receives a supply of combustion air from a fan, a heat exchanger having a heat transfer tube, and a combustion chamber case in which a combustion chamber of the burner is formed in the interior thereof and which is to be capable of guiding combustion gas generated by the burner to the heat exchanger. The water heater further includes a unit case that surrounds the combustion chamber case, and a region on the outside of the combustion chamber case within the unit case serves as an air pressure chamber having a higher pressure than the combustion chamber. Thus, combustion gas leakage to the outside can be prevented or suppressed appropriately by means of a simple configuration.

A water heating device equipped with a housing, a fan and a chamber arranged in the interior of the housing, and screws. The housing has first and second side plates which oppose one another in a first direction and extend from the ends of a back plate along a second direction intersecting the first direction. An opening part is provided in the housing on the side opposite the back plate in the second direction. The fan has a discharge opening, a first flow passage extending along the first direction, and a first flange. The chamber has an intake opening, a second flow passage extending along the first direction, and a second flange. The first and the second flanges are secured by screws. In a planar view, the center axis of the screws is slanted such that a head portion is closer to the opening part than the tip-end portion.

A water heating device equipped with a housing, a fan and a chamber arranged in the interior of the housing, and screws. The housing has first and second side plates which oppose one another in a first direction and extend from the ends of a back plate along a second direction intersecting the first direction. An opening part is provided in the housing on the side opposite the back plate in the second direction. The fan has a discharge opening, a first flow passage extending along the first direction, and a first flange. The chamber has an intake opening, a second flow passage extending along the first direction, and a second flange. The first and the second flanges are secured by screws. In a planar view, the center axis of the screws is slanted such that a head portion is closer to the opening part than the tip-end portion.

A water heater includes a tank defining an interior space adapted to contain water and a shroud over the water heater and defining a component space inside the shroud. A first pipe nipple is coupled to a spud of the water heater, the first pipe nipple and spud defining a non-collinear axis that is non-collinear with a pipe axis of a pipe to be fluidly connected to the tank. A flexible connector is connected at one end to the first pipe nipple along the non-collinear axis. A second end of the flexible connector is positioned collinear with the pipe axis. A second pipe nipple is coupled at one end to the second end of the flexible connector and coupled at an opposite end with the pipe. Fluid communication is established between the pipe and the interior space of the tank through the pipe nipple and flexible connector.

A water heater includes a tank defining an interior space adapted to contain water and a shroud over the water heater and defining a component space inside the shroud. A first pipe nipple is coupled to a spud of the water heater, the first pipe nipple and spud defining a non-collinear axis that is non-collinear with a pipe axis of a pipe to be fluidly connected to the tank. A flexible connector is connected at one end to the first pipe nipple along the non-collinear axis. A second end of the flexible connector is positioned collinear with the pipe axis. A second pipe nipple is coupled at one end to the second end of the flexible connector and coupled at an opposite end with the pipe. Fluid communication is established between the pipe and the interior space of the tank through the pipe nipple and flexible connector.
