PTC heater
The present invention relates to a PT heater and, more specifically, to a PTC heater which: mechanically fixes a heating element, a terminal, an insulating layer, and a heat-radiating unit, which constitute the PTC heater, by bending a fixing projection of a hook structure formed at a heat rod; and further has an auxiliary fixing protrusion capable of fixing the position of the heating element so as to increase the adhesiveness between the PTC element and the heat-radiating unit, thereby enabling performance to improve and facilitating assembly through the heat rod.
GAS HEATER
One aspect of the invention provides a gas heater including: a structure that defines a gas flow path having an upstream portion and a downstream portion; a first heating element positioned at least partially in the upstream portion of the flow path and having a first heating element maximum temperature capability; and a second heating element positioned downstream of the first heating element in the downstream portion of the flow path. The second heating element has a resistance that varies with temperature according to a second-heating-element-temperature-dependent resistivity rate.
Instantaneous water-heating dispensing device and heating module thereof
The present invention discloses a water dispensing device including a water tank and at least one heating module. Each heating module includes a body and a heating plate, the body includes a groove, an input terminal located one end of the groove and connected the water tank, an output terminal located other end of the groove, and a plurality of ribs. The ribs formed on the bottom surface of the groove and the height is less than a depth of the groove, two arms of the ribs connect the sidewalls of the groove, and the density of the arrangement is decremented from the input terminal to the output terminal. The heating plate is covered the groove and doesn't contact the ribs, and the surface of the heating plate which is deviated from the groove has a plurality of heating units, be used to convert the power into the heat energy.
ELECTRIC HEATING DEVICE
An electric heating device for emitting a heated air flow, in particular for a sanitary room or washroom in a rail-borne vehicle, includes an air duct, a fan generating the air flow, a heating element heating the air flow and a first over-temperature switch. The first over-temperature switch can reversibly switch off the heating element when a first over-temperature is exceeded. A second over-temperature switch can irreversibly switch off the heating element when a second over-temperature is exceeded. The second over-temperature switch is disposed in a recess, depression or opening formed in the air duct. The second over-temperature switch has a disconnect or isolating switch to be thermally triggered for switching off the heating element. The thermally triggered disconnect or isolating switch can be triggered by a glass sphere or bead that breaks when the second over-temperature is exceeded.
DUAL FUNCTION DOMESTIC HOT WATER PREHEATER AND INTEGRATED SPACE HEATER
Embodiments described herein generally relate to a domestic hot water (DHW) preheater operable to supply domestic hot water to a structure and/or to preheat a cold return of a space heating system.
Fluid heater
A fluid heater is disclosed and which has a heater, pump, and a plurality of temperature sensors which are electrically coupled with first and second temperature controlled relays, and wherein the fluid heater is operable to maintain a source of fluid used by an object of interest within a predetermined temperature range and further, is operable under given temperature conditions to discontinue operation so as to protect the object of interest and the heater from becoming damaged through overheating of the fluid which is utilized by same.
System For Precision Temperature Control of Thermal Bead Baths
A system and apparatus for precision temperature control of thermal bead baths used in biological laboratories to heat biological samples is disclosed. The system has an insulated outer shell and an inner shell sealed together to form a recirculation pathway. The inner shell has an air extraction port opening into the recirculation pathway and at least one air injection port opening into the recirculation pathway. A fan is in the recirculation pathway and is positioned to draw air through the air extraction port. At least one thermal sensor is connected to a control and is disposed in close proximity to one of the air injection ports. Beads used in thermal bead baths are placed in a mesh basket inside the inner shell. The fan draws air from the inner shell through the beads and into the recirculation pathway, where the air is heated by a thermal element. The air flows past the thermal element and through the air injection ports back into the inner shell.
AIR HEATING ASSEMBLY, HEATING MODULE, CONTROLLABLE HEATING MODULE, AND ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE DEVICE
A heating module is provided by the present application, which includes a heat insulating tube, wherein a ventilation separator dividing the heat insulating tube into an upper tube chamber and a lower tube chamber is disposed therein, and a plurality of air guiding holes are provided in the ventilation separator, and an air intake structure is configured in the lower tube chamber; a receiving tube disposed inside the upper tube chamber, and an air heating assembly, wherein the air heating assembly is disposed inside the lower tube chamber.
INTERNALLY HEATED HOSE
A temperature control unit includes a fitting, a heating wire, a first temperature sensor, and a housing, which contains the first temperature sensor and portions of the fitting and the heating wire. The fitting includes a fluid inlet, a fluid outlet, a flow channel extending from the fluid inlet to the fluid outlet, and a passage extending through a wall of the fitting to the flow channel. The heating wire extends through the passage and into the flow channel. The first temperature sensor is secured to an external surface of the fitting opposite the flow channel and is electrically connected to the heating wire.
BEVERAGE MACHINE HEATED WATER SOURCE WITH HORIZONTAL HEATING COIL
A beverage machine having a heater tank with a horizontally oriented heating element. The heating element may be arranged as a helical coil with a longitudinal axis arranged horizontally in the heater tank. A bottom wall of the heater tank may define a concave shape at the interior of the heater tank, and the heating element may be at least partially arranged within the concave shape, e.g., with a longitudinal axis of the coil extending along a central portion of the bottom wall. An inlet to the heater tank may be arranged at the bottom wall, e.g., in the central portion of the bottom wall, and may direct liquid at the heating element.
