EXPANSION VALVE
An improved expansion valve is provided, which has a simple configuration and with which noise can be reduced. An expansion valve includes a valve main body having a valve chamber and a valve seat, a valve body configured to prevent passage of a fluid by being seated on the valve seat and allow passage of the fluid by separating from the valve seat, a coil spring configured to urge the valve body toward the valve seat, and an actuation rod configured to press the valve body toward a direction separating from the valve seat against an urging force applied from the coil spring, wherein the valve chamber includes a cylindrical inner wall being connected to the valve seat, the valve body includes a contact portion configured to be seated on the valve seat and a body portion having a tubular shape facing the inner wall, and the body portion includes connecting surfaces that are slidably in contact with the inner wall and plane surfaces that have a gap provided between the inner wall.
REFRIGERATION APPARATUS
A refrigeration apparatus includes: a casing that houses a compressor therein; a four-way switching valve; an accumulator; a first pipe that causes a refrigerant to flow between the four-way switching valve and a discharge portion of the compressor; and a second pipe that causes a refrigerant to flow between the four-way switching valve and the accumulator. The four-way switching valve, the first pipe, and the second pipe are all made of stainless steel.
LINEAR COMPRESSOR AND REFRIGERATOR INCLUDING SAME
The present disclosure relates to a linear compressor and a refrigerator including the same. A linear compressor according to the spirit of the present disclosure includes a shell, a cylinder, a piston and a muffler. And the muffler includes a plurality of flow tubes extending in a flow direction of the refrigerant, and a plurality of through-holes passing through at least one of the plurality of flow tubes.
Refrigeration cycle apparatus and electric apparatus including the refrigeration cycle apparatus
A refrigeration cycle apparatus includes an expansion device, a pipe, and a transmission sound suppressing member. The expansion device includes a valve body to control a flow rate of refrigerant. The pipe is connected to the expansion device to extend along moving directions, in controlling the flow rate of the refrigerant, of the valve body of the expansion device, and allowing the refrigerant to pass therethrough. The transmissive sound suppressing member is positioned at a first region, which is defined on an outer side of the pipe to cover at least a tip of the valve body of the expansion device, and a second region, which is continuous to the first region and is defined on an outer side of a portion of the pipe including a portion of connection to the expansion device.
ORIFICE SET AND CHILLER SYSTEM HAVING IT
A throttling device, including a tank for accommodating liquid refrigerant, with an orifice plate arranged at an outlet of the tank; a floating ball capable of floating on a liquid surface of the refrigerant; a pivot rod pivotally fixed on the tank through a pivot shaft; a connecting rod, with one end thereof fixedly connected with the floating ball, and the other end thereof fixedly connected with the pivot rod; a valve plate fixed on the pivot rod and located near an orifice of the orifice plate, wherein the valve plate is capable of adjusting a flow area of the orifice under the action of the pivot rod; and a limit piece located above the valve plate and being movable to limit the valve plate.
Muffler with metallic meshed rings
Disclosed is a muffler for a water-cooled chiller or air-cooled of a vapor-compression or absorption refrigeration system, the muffler having: an upstream case (110) having a fluid inlet (120); a downstream case (115) connected to the upstream case at a downstream end of the upstream case, the downstream case having a fluid outlet (125); the upstream case having a plurality of axially adjacent outer muffler rings (145) and a plurality of axially adjacent inner muffler rings (155), the outer muffler rings being axially coextensive and a radially exterior to the inner muffler rings and defining a fluid inlet passage (140) therebetween, wherein the outer muffler rings and inner muffler rings are a metal mesh material.
Air conditioner with variable speed compressor and variable speed fan
Air conditioner units and methods of operating the same are provided. A method of operating an air conditioner unit includes determining a fan speed as a function of a compressor speed of a variable speed compressor of the air conditioner unit. The method also includes activating a variable speed fan of the air conditioner unit at the fan speed. An air conditioner unit may include a controller, and the controller may be configured for performing the method.
Guiding panel for condenser, condenser and refrigeration system
A deflector for a condenser. The condenser has an inlet in communication with a compressor, and a deflector for guiding a refrigerant gas flow from the compressor is arranged in the condenser and at a position close to the inlet. The deflector is provided with a deflecting structure projecting toward the inlet, and the deflecting structure is configured as impermeable to the refrigerant gas flow.
Motor-driven compressor
A motor-driven compressor includes a compression unit, an electric motor, a drive circuit, a first housing, a second housing, and a soundproofing material. The second housing covers at least part of an outer surface of the first housing. The soundproofing material is arranged between the outer surface of the first housing and an area that includes an inner surface and a wall surface of the second housing. The soundproofing material has sound insulating properties. The soundproofing material includes a sound absorbing layer and a sound insulating layer. A first region and a second region are formed between the outer surface of the first housing and the area that includes the inner surface and the wall surface of the second housing. An air layer is formed in the second region.
