DAIRY-ANALOGUE COMPOSITION
A dairy analogue composition comprises up to 90% by weight of water; and from 1% by weight to 80% by weight of a fat composition; wherein the fat composition comprises an interesterified blend of non-tropical vegetable oil and fully hydrogenated non-tropical vegetable oil.
BATCH PRODUCTION OF PLANT MILK
A method of producing plant milk enable batch production and may be implemented in a system of low complexity. The method comprises introducing water, plant material and one or more enzymes into a mixing chamber of a mixing unit; operating the mixing unit to generate a slurry that comprises the water, the plant material and the one or more enzymes; transferring the slurry from the mixing unit to a separation unit, which separates the slurry into a liquid component and a sludge component; transferring the liquid component into the mixing chamber of the mixing unit; adding vegetable oil to the liquid component; and operating the mixing unit to produce, in the mixing chamber, plant milk that comprises the vegetable oil and the liquid component.
METHODS FOR MAKING PLANT PROTEIN CONCENTRATES
Methods of making food-grade plant protein compositions, including yellow pea protein compositions, are provided. The methods use pulses, such as yellow peas, and flours derived therefrom
Methods of Separating Fat From Non-Soy Plant Materials and Compositions Produced Therefrom
Disclosed are methods for separating non-soy plant materials to produce a fat-enriched fraction, a reduced-fat plant extract, reduced-fat plant protein compositions, a crude oil, plant gums, a degummed oil and a protein-fat sediment. Also disclosed are food products containing or prepared from the reduced-fat extracts, fat-enriched fraction, gums, oils, protein-fat sediments and reduced-fat protein compositions.
Solid Drink for Regulating Qi-depression Constitution and Processing Method thereof

Protein Products and Methods for Making the Same
According to one embodiment, a protein product may include a mixture of water and particulate matter comprising protein. The mixture may include medium chain aldehydes and pyrazines. The ratio of a total concentration of medium chain aldehydes in the mixture to a total concentration of pyrazines in the mixture, as determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, may be greater than or equal to 0.5 and less than or equal to 45. The mixture may also include from about 0.5 wt. % to about 8.0 wt. % total protein by weight of the mixture. In addition, the mixture may include from about 40 wt. % to about 98 wt. % water by weight of the mixture and less than or equal to about 4.0 wt. % oil and fat by weight of the mixture. The particulate matter may have an average particle size less than or equal to about 50 m.
