The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a heating control method, a heating control device, and an ice maker. The heating control method comprises: determining that the ice maker is in an ice-making operation state; acquiring a first heating strategy of a target part of the ice maker according to a preset first heating strategy acquisition rule, based on ambient parameter information of an ambient in which the target part of the ice maker is located; and heating the target part based on the first heating strategy. Through the embodiments of the present disclosure, the problem that the deicing heating control technology of the ice maker in the prior art has high energy consumption is solved, and the beneficial effect of precise and low-energy deicing heating control on the ice-prone parts of the ice maker is achieved.

ICE MAKER HAVING A SPLASH COVER

An ice maker may include an assembly frame, an ice tray, a cam, a splash cover, and a biasing spring. The ice tray may define a cell for receipt of water for freezing and may be rotatably attached to the assembly frame to rotate about an axial direction. The cam may be attached to the ice tray and extend along the axial direction. The splash cover may be slidably attached to the assembly frame in mechanical communication with the cam to move between an elevated position and a lowered position according to a rotational position of the cam. The biasing spring may be disposed on the splash cover and urge the splash cover to the lowered position.

A heating control method, a heating control device, and an ice maker are provided. The heating control method is: determining that an ice maker is in the ice-making operation state, and the current water feeding is the first water feeding after a target ice maker is turned on; continuously heating a water inlet pipe for a first preset duration; controlling the water inlet valve to remain closed until the heating for the water inlet pipe ends, ensuring that no ice is present in the water inlet pipe or even if the ice is present, water can be smoothly fed into a water storage tank of the ice maker after the water inlet pipe is heated continuously for the first preset duration.

The present invention relates to a refrigeration and/or freezer device with a cooled interior space and with a storage container for ice cubes located in this interior space, wherein the device preferably comprises an ice cube maker, wherein the ice cubes produced in the ice cube maker are received in the storage container, wherein pulse generation means are provided, which are arranged to apply one or multiple pulses to the storage container.

Ice-making appliance

An icemaker for a refrigerated appliance is provided herein. The icemaker includes an ice tray having a plurality of ice-forming compartments. Each of the ice-forming compartments includes sidewalls and a base that defines an internal freezing chamber. A duct system has upper and lower baffles. The upper baffle directs chilled air above the ice tray and the lower baffle directs chilled air below the ice tray. A deflector is operably coupled with the upper baffle. The deflector has a transition portion offset from a body portion. A diverter is disposed between the deflector and the ice tray. The diverter defines a plurality of variously sized slots therein.

Refrigeration appliance with cold air supply for ice maker and ice level sensor

A refrigeration appliance includes an ice maker disposed in a fresh food compartment. An air handler assembly conveys cooling air through the ice maker. An insulated air duct is disposed between an evaporator and a fan for preventing the migration of ice from the evaporator to the fan. The insulated duct has an opening extending from an end adjacent the evaporator to an end adjacent the fan. A lower inner wall of the air duct has a first ramped portion on the end adjacent the evaporator. In another example, the icemaker includes a sensor assembly positioned to detect a level of ice in the ice bin. The sensor assembly includes an emitter for sending photons along a predetermined path, and a receiver for detecting the photons when the photons are reflected off an object disposed in the predetermined path.

An ice chute for an ice bin that includes a front uncovered portion having an opening through which ice is deposited into the ice bin. The frame may be removably inserted into the ice bin via the opening. Once inserted, a rear portion of the frame is located below a rear covered portion of the ice bin and a front portion of the frame is located at the opening. An inclined ramp extends upward around the front portion of the frame. When the frame is inserted into the ice bin, a top end of the ramp is positioned vertically above the opening. An area defined by the top end of the ramp is larger than an area of the opening. The ramp is sized and configured such that ice on the ramp slides downwards along the ramp and into the opening of the ice bin.
