SYSTEMS, APPARATUS AND METHODS TO PICK AND/OR PLACE SPECIMEN CONTAINERS
A system, device and method to pick and/or place specimen containers may include a pick and/or place head, a first secondary reservoir, and optionally a second secondary reservoir which hold cryogenic fluid in a liquid form, above a main reservoir of cryogenic liquid, to cool the pick and/or place head and/or to cool or recharge the specimen containers during transfer operations. Storage locations may be arrayed in wedge-shaped sets spaced above cryogenic liquid of the main reservoir of a cryogenic storage tank at one or more levels, and pivotal about a central axis via a motor and control system. A gap (e.g., wedge shaped gap) between two successively angularly adjacent sets of storage locations of the sets of storage locations at an upper level provides access to the storage locations of the sets of storage locations at a lower level. Cryogenic liquid temperatures and levels in reservoirs are monitored.
Cooling device having at least two storage compartments
A cooling device includes a body and at least two storage compartments having at least one insulation wall therebetween. At least one door is associated with a flank part of the body facing the door. Accordingly, the door is configured in such a manner as to close the inlet of the at least two storage compartments.
Partition Panel
The disclosure relates to a partition panel for the detachable insertion into a laboratory chamber, for example an incubator, cold chamber, heating chamber, drying chamber of climate chamber, wherein the partition panel comprises a substantially rectangular flat base body with a lower edge, an upper edge, a front edge, a back edge as well as two parallel side faces, wherein on the base body at least one insertion hook open toward the front edge and at least one spring element for generating a force in the direction toward the front edge are disposed.
AUTOMATED BLAST CELL LOADING AND UNLOADING
A system for blast-freezing items includes a plurality of cells arranged side-by-side, each cell including a housing with a bay space, a plenum, a front air passage, a rear air passage, and a fan. The fan is positioned in the plenum and configured to circulate air through the bay space. Each cell also includes a plurality of channels to separate pathways of air to segments of the bay space. The system also includes a plurality of crane rails extending between rows of cells and at least one crane capable of traveling along the plurality of crane rails to load or unload each of the plurality of cells.
Refrigerated merchandiser with removable floor
A refrigerated merchandiser includes a refrigerated insulated cabinet having a front wall that is hingedly attached to the cabinet. The front wall is rotatable between a closed position covering a storage area in the cabinet and an open position permitting access to the storage area. An opening is provided in the front wall to permit merchandise to be removed from the storage area when the front wall is in the closed position. Adjusting the front wall to the open position permits pallets loaded with merchandise, including ice bags, to be loaded into the merchandiser with a wheeled lifting device such as a forklift or hand jack. The bottom wall of the merchandiser may be removable, such that the entire floor supporting the pallet may be removed and exchanged through the opened front wall. A roller may be provided on the front wall to help in adjusting the front wall between the open and closed positions.
Temperature controlled storage system
The present disclosure relates to stacked, grid storage systems such as densely packed storage systems, and methods of adjusting, regulating, controlling and maintaining the temperature of storage systems.
Temperature controlled storage system
The present disclosure relates to stacked, grid storage systems such as densely packed storage systems, and methods of adjusting, regulating, controlling and maintaining the temperature of storage systems.
Blast cell cooling with guided airflow
A blast cell system is provided with simple and scalable designs that prevent short cycling of air flow through any pallets in blast cells. The blast cell includes a plurality of suction channels that provide independent fluid pathways for directing the air drawn from different rows in the blast cell into the fan.
LOCKER SYSTEM
A temperature controlled storage apparatus 8(10), comprising; a plurality of lockable storage spaces, each of the plurality of lockable storage spaces comprising one or more compartments; in which the temperature of each of the one or more compartments is independently controllable to provide either one of: chilled temperature; or frozen temperature; and wherein access to the storage space is remotely programmable.
Locker assembly and associated insert assembly for a cabinet
A locker assembly insert (10) for a cabinet (11) (shown in phantom). In this case the cabinet (11) is a two door cabinet having a first door (12) and a second door (13) (these doors are shown open in FIG. 4), The cabinet has a base (14) opposite sides (15) (and 16), a back (17) and a top (18). A central mullion (19) having a rear cover plate divides the cabinet (11) down the middle and the doors (12) and (13) close the cabinet. The locker assembly insert (10) in this case is applied to a two door cabinet and has a central support member (20) (which is put in place by first removing the rear cover plate behind the central mullion (19), the rear cover plate is tucked in behind the central support member (20) before assembly allowing it to be reused if the refrigerator is ever restored to its original condition), a pair of vertical side rails (21) and (22), a pair of bases (23) and (24), a pair of tops (25) and (26). This gives the basic door frame. The insert is completed using vertical divider sets (27, 28 and 29) and ten door locker door assemblies (30) and (31).
