At least one metallic inner liner has liner walls and a liner backwall, wherein the metallic outer wrapper and the at least one metallic inner liner are coupled together at a trim breaker to define a structural cabinet having a hermetically sealed interior cavity defined between the metallic outer wrapper and the at least one metallic inner liner. The trim breaker defines a front face of the structural cabinet. At least one trim breaker conduit extends through the wrapper and liner backwalls wherein the trim breaker conduit defines a conduit through the structural cabinet, and wherein the structural cabinet is hermetically sealed at the trim breaker conduit.

Disclosed herein is a refrigerator including a cooling cycle mechanism having improved cooling cycle efficiency by more effectively performing heat exchange between a refrigerant discharged from an evaporator and a refrigerant discharged from a condenser. The refrigerator includes a cooling cycle mechanism including a compressor, a condenser, and an evaporator. The refrigerator also includes a first pipe configured including a first heat exchanger and configured to guide the refrigerant from the condenser, to the evaporator. The refrigerator further includes a second pipe including a heat exchanger and configured to guide the refrigerant from the evaporator, to the compressor. The second heat exchanger is adjacent to first heat exchanger and configured to exchange heat with the first heat exchanger. The first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger are arranged to guide the refrigerant in a same direction.

An ice maker includes a dry compartment and a wet compartment adjacent to the dry compartment and including: an evaporator case sized to receive an evaporator, the evaporator case including: a plurality of interior panels joined to each other with snap-fit joints, each of the snap-fit joints including a tab and defining a slot, each of a plurality of seams formed between the interior panels defining a foam-tight seal and a water-tight seal; and a plurality of exterior panels, each of the plurality of exterior panels joined to a mating interior panel of the plurality of interior panels with slide joints, wherein the evaporator case is integrally insulated with blown foam insulation positioned between each of the plurality of exterior panels and a corresponding interior panel.

REFRIGERATED STORAGE STRUCTURE

A storage assembly including a vacuum insulated cabinet, a refrigeration system, and a drawer. The vacuum insulated cabinet is formed by a number of insulated panels. The vacuum insulated cabinet and the refrigeration system collectively form a refrigerated compartment. The drawer is configured to move between an open position, in which an interior portion of the drawer is accessible, and a closed position, in which the drawer is disposed in the refrigerated compartment and the interior portion of the drawer is inaccessible. The refrigeration system includes a first heat exchanger, including one of a thermoelectric device or an evaporator, disposed between the drawer and a rear portion of the insulated cabinet, and a second heat exchanger, including one of a condenser or thermoelectric device, disposed in a machine compartment adjacent to the refrigerated compartment.

A mounting bracket is fixed to the other of the aesthetic panel and the front receptacle panel, and defines a number of apertures configured to receive the hook of the hanger bracket.
