Refrigerator
Provided is a refrigerator in which a transparent display assembly and electric modules, which are disposed in a door to see through a storage space and output a screen, are easily connected to a control unit provided in a cabinet and guided through a narrow door hinge.
DOOR FOR HOME APPLIANCE, HOME APPLIANCE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A door for a home appliance, a home appliance, and a method for manufacturing the same, are disclosed. The door for a home appliance comprises a panel assembly; and a frame assembly defining a predetermined space having an opening connected with an edge of the panel assembly, and making a foaming space for receiving a thermal insulator by means of the predetermined space of the frame assembly and the edge of the panel assembly, wherein a foaming injection hole through which the thermal insulator is injected is provided on at least one of ends of an upper surface, a lower surface, a left side and a right side of the frame assembly.
COOLED STORAGE SYSTEM HAVING SECTIONS SEPARATED BY THERMAL BARRIER
A storage system includes a grid structure of storage cells. Each storage cell is arranged to accommodate a vertical stack of storage bins and having a top level. The grid structure includes a plurality of vertical aluminum columns interconnected by top rails. The columns form adjacent rows of storage cells. The storage system includes at least one remotely operated vehicle arranged to move on the top rails and receive a storage bin from a storage cell at the top level of the grid structure. The storage system includes an insulated cover covering at least one of the storage cells at the top level.
STANDOFF FEATURE FOR APPLIANCE
A standoff feature for an appliance includes a connecting member having a first end and a second end. A first side member extends in a first direction from the first end of the connecting member. A second side member is spaced from the first side member. The second side member extends in the first direction from the second end of the connecting member. A first flange extends from a first side edge of the connecting member. The first side edge extends between the first end and the second end. The first flange extends in a second direction from the connecting member. A second flange extends from a second side edge of the connecting member. The second side edge extends between the first end and the second end and opposes the first side edge. The second flange extends in the second direction from the connecting member.
REFRIGERATOR AND HOME APPLIANCE
A refrigerator including a main body forming a storage compartment, and a door configured to open and close the storage compartment. The door includes a door body rotatably coupled to the main body and including an insulator therein, a panel body positioned in a front of the door body, a first trim disposed at a first edge of the panel body and configured to be coupled to the door body while being rotated with respect to the door body, and a second trim disposed at a second edge opposite to the first edge of the panel body and configured to be coupled to the door body when the first trim is coupled to the door body.
REFRIGERATOR
Refrigerator (1) comprising: a self-supporting cabinet (2) which has a thermal-insulating structure and is internally provided with at least one, thermal-insulated storage cavity (3) adapted to accommodate perishable foodstuff; an electrically-operated cooling system (7) which is at least partially accommodated inside the self-supporting cabinet (2) and is adapted to cool down the inside of said at least one storage cavity (3); and an electrically-operated air-circulation assembly (8) adapted to circulate the air in closed loop inside said storage cavity (3) of the self-supporting cabinet (2), and which comprises: a platelike air-guide member (14) which is discrete from the self-supporting cabinet (2) and is rigidly attached to a rear wall (18) of said storage cavity (3); an air channel (16) that extends inside, or is at least partially delimited by, said platelike air-guide member (14) and directly communicates, at the ends, with the inside of said storage cavity (3); an electrically-operated air-blowing device (15) which is placed along the air channel (16) and is adapted to generate/produce an airflow (f) that circulates in closed loop along the air channel (16) and the storage cavity (3, 4); and a main decorative panel (17) which is discrete from said platelike air-guide member (14), and is placed over an exposed front face of the platelike air-guide member (14) so as to at least partially hide/conceal the platelike air-guide member (14) inside the storage cavity (3).
COOLING DEVICES FOR COOLING PARAFFIN BLOCKS
A cooling device suitable for cooling paraffin tissue blocks with little or no moisture artefacts, as well as the use thereof to obtain good quality serial sections for microscope slides. The slides can be used in histology and anatomical pathology, for example. The cooling device may include a cold plate, a lid, and a sheet of insulating material over the cold plate.
SYSTEMS FOR HEAT LEAK PREVENTION IN REFRIGERATOR APPLIANCES
A refrigerator appliance includes a cabinet that defines an opening with a plurality of racks mounted in the cabinet. A door is mounted to the cabinet at the opening. A divider is configured to separate the cabinet into a first cabinet portion and a second cabinet portion. The divider includes an insulation block with a top cover mounted to the insulation block. The top cover includes a top foil heater. Also included in the divider is a bottom cover mounted to the insulation block. The bottom cover includes a bottom foil heater. A plastic extrusion is mounted to a side of the insulation block, and the top cover and the bottom cover include a forming on at least two sides. The forming of the top and bottom covers engages with the plastic extrusion.
Refrigerator
A refrigerator including an inner case, an outer case, and a vacuum space provided between the inner case and the outer case to insulate the inner case from the outer case. The inner case defines an exterior appearance of a storage space, with a communication hole formed therein. The outer case is spaced apart a predetermined distance from the inner case, and a communication is formed at a position corresponding to the communication hole of the inner case. A connection pipe passes through the vacuum space to connect the communication hole of the inner case and the communication hole of the outer case with each other.
