A refrigerator comprises a refrigerator body, an air-conditioning membrane assembly and an air pump assembly. The refrigerator body defines a storage space and a compressor chamber therein, a storage container is arranged in the storage space, and a freshness-keeping space is defined inside the storage container. The air-conditioning membrane assembly is configured to allow more oxygen than nitrogen in airflow in a surrounding space of the air-conditioning membrane assembly to pass through the air-conditioning membrane and enter an oxygen-rich gas collection chamber. An inlet end of the air pump is communicated with the oxygen-rich gas collection chamber in a controlled manner via a pipeline and a pipeline switching mechanism, for pumping gas in the oxygen-rich gas collection chamber to the outside of the freshness-keeping space, such that the actual content of oxygen in the freshness-keeping space is in a range of 2% to 19%.

SCRUBBER APPARATUS FOR A REFRIGERATED TRANSPORT CONTAINER

There is disclosed a scrubber apparatus 300 for a refrigerated transport container 100 having a cargo space 105, comprising: a regenerating adsorber 302; a manifold 306, 308 in fluid communication with a first side of the adsorber, an interior gas port 318, 338 for fluid communication with interior gas in the cargo space and an exterior gas port 320, 340 for fluid communication with exterior gas outside of the cargo space; and a common actuator configured to actuate both an adsorption control damper 314, 334 for controlling selective fluid communication between the adsorber and interior gas, and a regeneration control damper 316, 336 for controlling selective fluid communication between the adsorber and exterior gas. There is also disclosed a scrubber apparatus 300 which is configured to heat interior gas provided to an adsorber for removal of a controlled gas. Methods of operating a scrubber apparatus are also disclosed.

REFRIGERATED TRANSPORT CONTAINER

There is disclosed a refrigerated transport container 100 comprising: a cargo space 105 for containing an interior gas; a gas transfer membrane 230 configured to transfer component gases at different rates (such as carbon dioxide and oxygen), the gas transfer membrane having an interior side to receive interior gas from the cargo space 105 and an exterior side in communication with a gas exchange portion 250 of an exterior gas pathway 240; an air mover 244 configured to drive an exterior gas flow along the exterior gas pathway 240 for gas transfer over the membrane; and a flow controller 226 configured to selectively activate the air mover to control transfer of a controlled component gas across the gas transfer membrane. There is also disclosed a refrigerated transport container in which flow of exterior gas along an exterior gas pathway is heated prior to gas transfer at a membrane, and corresponding methods of operating a refrigerated transport container.

Provided is a refrigerating and freezing device. The refrigerating and freezing device comprises a cabinet body with a first storage space defined therein, an oxygen-enriched membrane assembly and an air extraction device. A storage container in which an atmosphere-controlled freshness-keeping space is formed is disposed in the first storage space. The oxygen-enriched membrane assembly is provided with at least one oxygen-enriched membrane and an oxygen-enriched gas collection chamber. The air extraction device is communicated with the oxygen-enriched gas collection chamber through a pipeline to extract and discharge the gas that permeates into the oxygen-enriched gas collection chamber out of the storage container. The refrigerating and freezing device not only has good freshness-keeping performance, but also has relatively low requirements on the rigidity and strength of the storage container. Besides, it is small in size and low in noise, and it is suitable for household and individual use.

Disclosed is a container refrigeration apparatus including a unit case of an inside air control system disposed outside a container, the unit case housing an air pump therein. The container refrigeration apparatus is provided with an air inlet unit independent of the unit case. The air inlet unit and the air pump are connected together by a tube. The air inlet unit is provided with a membrane filter, and is disposed above the unit case. Malfunctions of electrical components and corrosion on metallic components due to moisture permeation into the unit case are reduced.

A device implemented at an air inlet of a refrigerated display cabinet is disclosed. The device comprises a housing comprising one or more inlets, and an air filter configured with a first wall of the housing. The housing is adapted to be fitted at an air inlet of the cabinet. The housing has a predefined dimension corresponding to the air inlet such that upon fitting the device at the air inlet, the air filter faces an airflow duct associated with a refrigeration system of the cabinet and the one or more inlets face a conservation space and/or an air curtain associated with the cabinet. The device restricts the entry of particulates, objects, and/or liquid within the duct, supply clean filtered air within the duct, and allows easier collection, removal, and cleaning of the particulates, objects, and liquid from the device.
