WALL PANEL FOR AN APPLIANCE
A refrigerator includes a cabinet with a plurality of walls and a compartment area for storing food within the cabinet. A door is configured to seal the compartment area. A refrigeration component is disposed within the cabinet. A wall panel is positioned within the cabinet and includes a three-dimensional molded surface with non-uniformly spaced peaks and valleys and a lighting structure. The wall panel extends from a lower end of the compartment area to an upper end of the compartment area. The wall panel separates the compartment area from the refrigeration component and is coextensive with one of the plurality of walls of the cabinet.
CABINET REINFORCING ASSEMBLY
A refrigerating appliance includes a cabinet including an outer wrapper defining opposing first and second sidewalls, a rear wall coupling the first and second sidewalls and an access opening, and an inner liner defining an upper compartment and a lower compartment. The outer wrapper and the inner liner define a sealed insulating cavity therebetween. At least one T-bracket may be coupled to one of the first and second sidewalls. The at least one T-bracket may include a vertical portion and a horizontal portion. The upper compartment and the lower compartment are vertically spaced and include a horizontal plane therebetween. The vertical portion may be disposed across the horizontal plane and the horizontal portion may extend towards the rear wall along the horizontal plane.
Domestic refrigeration device
A domestic refrigeration appliance apparatus includes at least one side wall component and at least one machine compartment top wall. In order to simplify assembly, the domestic refrigeration appliance apparatus has at least one sealing element which seals at least one region between the side wall component and the machine compartment top wall. A method for assembling a household refrigeration appliance apparatus is also provided.
Hybrid Cooler Arrangement
A hybrid cooler arrangement includes a portable cooler and a cooling system. The portable cooler has an insulated chamber. The cooling system is operative for cooling the portable cooler. The portable cooler is removably attachable to the cooling system.
Refrigeration appliance cabinet
A refrigeration cabinet assembly for a refrigeration appliance (1) comprises a cabinet (20) having five closed faces and an open front face providing access to an interior of the cabinet. A lateral stiffening arrangement (50, 51) is provided within the cabinet to resist bending or bowing of the side walls, particularly when the cabinet includes upper and lower compartments, the upper compartment having a door hinged to the cabinet. The lateral stiffening arrangement reduces door droop. A torsionally stiff structure may also be fixed to one of the five closed faces (23) or a structure (31) could be added to one of the five closed faces (23) so that together with that closed face a torsionally stiff structure results. The torsional stiffness of the assembly is thereby increased beyond that of the cabinet alone so that the insulated cabinet has an improved ability to resist twisting, further reducing door droop.
Reinforcement assembly for an insulated structure
An appliance includes a vacuum insulated structure that defines a first compartment and a second compartment with a trim breaker proximate the first and second compartments. A mullion extends between the first compartment and the second compartment. A reinforcement assembly is disposed between the vacuum insulated structure and the trim breaker. The reinforcement assembly includes a perimeter frame disposed on a peripheral edge of the first compartment and the second compartment and a central plate proximate the mullion. Attachment plates extend orthogonally from the central plate and connect the perimeter frame with the central plate. At least one door is hingedly coupled to the vacuum insulated structure.
Vacuum insulation panel, apparatus for manufacturing vacuum insulation panel, and method for manufacturing vacuum insulation panel
A vacuum insulation panel includes a panel assembly having a first panel having a transparent material, a second panel joined to the first panel, the second panel having a transparent material, a vacuum layer formed between the first panel and the second panel; and an exhaust hole located in one of the first panel or the second panel, the exhaust hole being configured to exhaust internal gas to form the vacuum layer. The panel assembly also includes a sealing cap configured to seal the exhaust hole, the sealing cap being made of a magnetic material. A method and an apparatus for manufacturing the vacuum insulation panel is also provided.
System for temperature mapping in temperature-controlling storage units
The various components of the controlled temperature unit allow the unit to control temperature and collect or manage temperature data. The controlled temperature unit may be equipped with multiple temperature probes, and data generated by these probes may be managed by a process control unit housed within the wall of the controlled temperature unit. The process control unit may then be operable to display temperature related data on a visual display attached to one of the exterior walls of the controlled temperature unit.
SHELVES AND REFRIGERATOR
A refrigerator shelf assembly includes a first shelf that is operably coupled to a second shelf by a rotating mechanism. A limiting mechanism is installed at both ends of a side of the second shelf away from the first shelf. Each limiting mechanism is operably coupled to a limiting member at a preset position of a refrigerator liner.
