REFRIGERATOR AND WATER STORAGE TANK FOR A REFRIGERATOR
A refrigerator appliance includes a cabinet, a first side support, a second side support, a first adapter plate, a second adapter plate, and a water tank. The cabinet defines an internal cavity. The first and second side supports are disposed within the internal cavity, define a drawer receptacle therebetween, and have first and second laterally inward facing surfaces defining first and second longitudinally extending slots, respectively. The first and second longitudinally extending slots are configured to receive drawer rollers. The first and second adapter plates are secured to the first and second laterally inward facing surfaces, respectively, and have third and fourth laterally inward facing surfaces defining third and fourth longitudinally extending slots, respectively. The water tank is disposed within the drawer receptacle and slidably engages the third and fourth longitudinally extending slots such that the water tank is adjustable in a longitudinal direction.
Refrigerator
The present disclosure relates to a refrigerator, and the refrigerator includes a cabinet configured to form a storage space, a door configured to open and close the storage space, a dispenser configured to be formed on a front surface of the door, a water tank configured to be provided detachably from the door above the dispenser and including a drain port for discharging stored water, a pipe part configured to communicate with the water tank to form a passage for discharging water, and a water intake valve including a valve body that slides along the longitudinal direction of the pipe part and opens and closes an opening and closing surface of the pipe part, in which the valve body includes an extension part configured to extend from one surface of the valve body toward an inner surface of the passage, and a leak prevention ring configured to be provided around the extension part to seal between the pipe part and the valve body in a state where the opening and closing surface is closed by the valve body.
REFRIGERATOR
A refrigerator includes: a main body including a storage compartment; an inner door rotatably coupled to the main body; an outer door rotatably coupled to a front of the inner door; a dispenser provided in the inner door and configured to supply water; and a water supply device provided in the inner door, and configured to supply a predetermined amount of water to a container, the water supply device including a sensor configured to detect a level of the water in the container, wherein the outer door may include: a door body including a dispenser opening configured to expose the dispenser in a state in which the outer door at least partially covers the inner door; and a door panel detachably mounted on the door body.
REFRIGERATOR
A refrigerator includes an inner case forming a storage compartment therein, the inner case including an inner wall surrounding the storage compartment; an outer case coupled to an outer side of the inner case; a foamed insulation material disposed between the inner case and the outer case; a storage container configured to be slidably inserted into and withdrawn from the storage compartment; a rail unit disposed inside the storage compartment, the rail unit being configured to guide a movement of the storage container, the rail unit including a coupling protrusion that is coupled to the inner wall; an insertion groove formed on the inner wall to allow the coupling protrusion to insert therein; and a coupling groove formed on the inner wall so that the rail unit coupled to the insertion groove fixes to the inner wall.
REFRIGERATOR AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SAME
Disclosed is a refrigerator. The refrigerator includes a body which includes a storage compartment, a door which opens and closes the storage compartment and includes a dispenser, a water tank case disposed in the door, a water tank separably mounted in the water tank case, a water level sensor configured to sense a water level inside the water tank when the water tank is mounted in the water tank case, and a water tank valve configured to guide water supplied from a water supply source to the dispenser or the water tank and to prevent water from being supplied to the water tank when the water level sensor senses that a certain amount of water is stored in the water tank.
REFRIGERATOR WITH QUICK FILL DISPENSER INCORPORATING REMOVABLE FLUID STORAGE RECEPTACLE
A refrigerator utilizes a quick fill dispenser that incorporates a fluid storage receptacle that is easily removable for cleaning and/or dispensing independently of the refrigerator.
REFRIGERATOR INTERIOR LAYOUT
An interior layout for a refrigerator appliance features an interior liner defining a recess for a water tank, and an air tower assembly defining a space for the water tank laterally outside the air plenum of the air tower assembly. The water tank is arranged in the recess and secured to the liner with a mounting bracket. The air tower assembly includes insulation and an air tower cover. The insulation defines an opening that is dimensionally aligned with the recess and partially receives the water tank therein. The air tower cover is disposed about the insulation and conceals the water tank.
