A refrigerator appliance having one or more sliding shelves. The sliding shelf may slide along one or more tracks. The sliding shelf may include one or more shelf plates. The one or more tracks may be adjustable.

Beverage cabinets and shelf systems for beverage cabinets are described herein. The present invention may include a cabinet that includes a housing, a door attached to a front edge of the housing, and shelves suspended within the interior of the housing by rail mechanisms. One or more of the shelves may include a rear support extending approximately from left to right in a rear portion of interior of the housing, a transverse support extending approximately from left to right and offset from the front edge of the housing, and medial supports extending approximately from front to back. One or more of the medial supports may include a back portion extending from the rear support to the transverse support and a front portion extending from the transverse support to the front edge of the housing, where the front portion is removable.

A drawer assembly for an appliance includes a drawer front providing selective access to a drawer recess, a handle assembly attached to the drawer front, and a slide assembly attached to the drawer front. The slide assembly includes a fixed slide mounted to the appliance, a sliding support coupling the drawer front to the fixed slide, and a catch lever operably coupled to the fixed slide and the sliding support. The catch lever is movable between an engaged position and a disengaged position to selectively fix the sliding support relative to the fixed slide.

The adjustable bin may include one or more actuators engaging the one or more rails. The adjustable bin may include one or more bushings slidably engaging the one or more rails. Devices for organizing refrigeration appliances are disclosed herein. In some examples the device may comprise an elongated divider having a first end portion, a second end portion, and a longitudinal axis extending therebetween. The elongated divider may be configured to be positioned within an internal compartment of a refrigeration appliance to divide the internal compartment into at least two defined spaces on either side of the divider. The device may comprise a fixation element configured to releasably adhere the divider to a surface of the internal compartment and/or an information portion configured to display information to a user descriptive of the contents within the defined spaces.

A refrigerator and a control method therefor are provided. When a user input is received, an upper drawer of the refrigerator is opened by operating an opening/closing motor of the upper drawer, and it is determined whether opening of a lower drawer is detected by an open/close detecting part of the lower drawer when the upper drawer is opened. The lower drawer is closed by operating the opening/closing motor of the lower drawer when the opening of the lower drawer is detected.

A refrigerator has a moving basket. The refrigerator includes a door, a rail member, and a roller member. The door opens and closes a cabinet and has a separate storage room. The rail member is received in a rail receiving part provided at each of left and right opposite sides of the storage room and has a space therein. The roller member is coupled to the rail member so that the basket lifts and lowers along the rail member in the storage room. The insertion hole is defined by being open at the left and right opposite sides of the storage room corresponding to the rail receiving part. The insertion hole defines the trajectory of the lifting and lowering of the basket. The cover member is provided inside the rail receiving part and covers the insertion hole by being lifted and lowered during the lifting and lowering of the basket.

A refrigerator includes a housing defining an interior compartment with an open side and a door rotatably coupled with the housing and selectively closing at least a portion of the open side. The door includes a door liner having a plurality of mounting members mounted thereto. The mounting members are foamed-in place by an interconnection with an insulation material provided in an inner cavity of the door. The mounting members further include mounting plates extending outwardly from an outer surface of the door liner. The refrigerator further includes a storage compartment system comprised of multiple interconnecting modules that are removeably mounted to the mounting plates of the mounting members. The interconnecting modules can be reconfigured to provide multiple arrangements of storage compartments supported on the door.

The cooling insert provides an aperture for cooling or warming items within the aperture. The insert collapses to a collapsed position and expands to a use position. The insert stores a heat transfer material to provide a cooling or warming effect depending on the needs of the user. Adjustable walls pivot toward a central wall to collapse to a storage position. The adjustable walls pivot outward from the central wall to expand to the use position to form compartments for placement of items to be cooled or warmed.
