WATER PREFILLING ASSEMBLY FOR USE IN A REFRIGERATING APPLIANCE
A fluid delivery system for an appliance includes a fluid line in selective communication with a fluid source. A shelf defines a fill zone positioned below an underside of the shelf. A shelf spigot is coupled with the fluid line and disposed proximate the underside of the shelf and over the fill zone. A fluid level sensor is positioned in communication with the fill zone. The fluid level sensor is also in communication with a controller that regulates a flow of fluid through the shelf spigot.
MULLION BRACKET
A bracket for attaching a mullion to a frame includes a mullion-engaging portion that couples with the mullion, a frame-engaging portion that couples with a frame segment, a middle portion between the mullion-engaging portion and the frame-engaging portion, and a flange projecting from the middle portion. The flange couples with one end of the mullion such that air flow between an interior space of the mullion and the other side of the flange is inhibited.
REFRIGERATOR
Provided is a refrigerator having a simplified interior. The refrigerator includes a main body, a storage compartment formed in the main body and having a front side thereof open, a first door rotatably coupled to the main body to open and close a part of the storage compartment, a second door arranged below the first door and rotatably coupled to the main body to open and close a remaining part of the storage compartment, a filler rotatably provided on the first door or the second door to seal a gap between the first door and the second door in a state in which the first door and the second door are closed, a filler guide configured to guide the filler to be rotated in a first direction, and disposed on a sidewall of the storage compartment adjacent to a rotation axis of the first door and the second door, and a filler pusher configured to push the filler to be rotated in a second direction opposite to the first direction.
Door arrangement for refrigerated merchandising cabinet
A refrigerated merchandising cabinet comprises an insulated casing, an interior of which forms a product display chamber. Refrigeration apparatus for generating and delivering a cold airstream through the product display chamber to cool the product display chamber is mounted on top of the casing. Access doors are mounted at a front of the casing to provide access to the product display chamber. Each access door is mounted on the casing by means of an inner frame forming an integral part of the casing and defining an access opening at the front of the casing and a complementary outer frame which is demountably engaged with the inner frame. Each door is hingedly mounted on the outer frame.
Refrigerator
A door driving system and a refrigerator having the door driving system according to the present invention are provided with a motor, a power transmitting device for transmitting the power generated by the motor to the hinge, and an auxiliary device for receiving the power generated by the motor and generating an auxiliary force to move a door positioned in a closing position in an opening direction, so that the torque to be applied to the hinge of the door for opening and closing the door may be reduced.
Heater in a variable climate zone compartment
A temperature control system for a refrigerator. The temperature control system is positioned in a refrigerated compartment and fluidly communicates with a cooling fan. The temperature control system includes a vertical partition having a front surface and a rear surface. The rear surface faces a rear wall of the refrigerated compartment and the front surface faces an open end of the refrigerated compartment. An air passage is formed in the vertical partition extending from a lower portion of the vertical partition to an upper portion of the vertical partition. A heater assembly is disposed between the front surface and the rear surface of the vertical partition proximate the air passage wherein air conveyed along the air passage is heated by the heater assembly when the heater assembly is energized.
Refrigerator
A refrigerator includes an inner case configured to accommodate a refrigerated item therein, an outer case configured to surround the inner case, a heat insulator configured to be at least partially disposed between the inner case and the outer case, and a reinforcing member disposed between the inner case and the outer case to support the outer case and having a fastening part to couple the refrigerator with another refrigerator installed adjacent to the refrigerator by using a connection member, and the fastening part coupled to the connection member to enable alignment between the refrigerator and the another refrigerator.
REFRIGERATOR
A refrigerator may include a storage compartment, an inner door which comprises an opening having a size corresponding to a size of the storage compartment, a plurality of door guards, and an outer door which open and close the storage compartment, wherein the inner door comprises a control unit may control an internal environment of the storage compartment.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF OPERATING REFRIGERATOR APPLIANCES
A side-by-side refrigerator system includes a first refrigerated cabinet and a second refrigerated cabinet alongside the first refrigerated cabinet. A heater is positioned within a wall of one of the first refrigerated cabinet and the second refrigerated cabinet. A controller is configured to constantly operate the heater during a side-by-side operating mode. The controller is disposed within the one of the first refrigerated cabinet and the second refrigerated cabinet.
Reinforcement assembly for an insulated structure
An insulated structure for an appliance includes an outer wrapper and an inner liner. A mullion extends across the inner liner. A reinforcement assembly is coupled to the outer wrapper. The reinforcement assembly includes a perimeter frame that is disposed on a peripheral edge of the outer wrapper and a central plate central plate that is proximate the mullion. At least one door is hingedly coupled to the outer wrapper.
