Refrigerated food service counter
A refrigerated food service counter includes a case having sidewalls that define an interior space. A refrigeration unit is in thermal communication with the sidewalls of the case. A bracket is disposed within the interior space, and a food service pan is supported by the bracket. A cooling bar is movably attached to the bracket. The cooling bar is positioned proximate the food service pan and in thermal communication with a select sidewall of the case. The refrigeration unit draws heat from the sidewalls. The select sidewall in turn draws heat from the cooling bar, and the cooling bar in turn draws heat from the food service pan.
FOOD HOLDING APPARATUS
A food holding apparatus and associated components and methods. The food holding apparatus includes at least one food receiver and a refrigeration system. First and second cooling conduits are arranged with respect to the receiver and configured to receive refrigerant to refrigerate a tray of food disposed in a cavity of the receiver. A metering valve is fluidly coupled to the second cooling conduit to selectively block and permit flow of refrigerant to the second cooling coil.
Refrigerator
A refrigerator includes a cabinet that defines a storage compartment, food storage containers configured to be received in the storage compartment and disposed vertically above a bottom surface of the storage compartment, sensor units each of which is disposed at a lower surface of one of the food storage containers, antenna units disposed at the bottom surface of the storage compartment, where each of the antenna units corresponds to one of the sensor units, and a reader unit configured to receive signals transmitted from the antenna units. The bottom surface of the storage compartment partitions a lower portion of the storage compartment, and the sensor units include a salinity sensor configured to measure a salinity inside of the food storage containers and transmit the salinity to one or more of the antenna units.
Cooler system
A non-powered cooler system with an integrated powered vacuum sealer wherein the outer body may be made up of a hard casing of hard plastic material or soft waterproof material. A lid for a container includes a frame, the frame removably connected to the container, a lid pivotally connected to the frame, the lid configured to cover and seal an inner volume of the container, a table pivotally connected to the frame, the table having at least one support connected thereto and a vacuum sealer connected to the frame, the vacuum sealer configured to seal food wherein the lid subassembly removable from the container.
REFRIGERATOR APPLIANCE WITH PULL-OUT TROLLEY
A refrigerator appliance includes: a refrigerated chamber, a trolley that is slidingly mounted in the refrigerated chamber in such a way that the appliance can be in a closed position, wherein the lid of the trolley covers an upper opening of the refrigerated chamber, and in an open position, wherein the tray of the trolley is basically disposed at the same level as the upper opening of the refrigerated chamber in order to collect objects from the tray, a lifting system connected to the trolley, and a refrigeration system. The trolley has sliding means slidingly mounted in slides that extend vertically in lateral walls of the refrigeration chamber in order to permit the guided sliding of the trolley. The lifting system includes an electric motor, a worm screw and a female screw.
Movable platen cooling apparatus and movable platen cooling system
A movable platen cooling apparatus includes: a compressor; a cold head that includes a cooling part; a refrigerator gas supply line that supplies a refrigerant gas from the compressor to the cold head; a refrigerator gas exhaust line that exhausts the refrigerant gas from the cold head to the compressor; a first gas inflow line that is connected to a first movable platen flow path and includes a heat exchange part thermally coupled to the cooling part; a first gas outflow line connected to the first movable platen flow path and merged with the refrigerator gas exhaust line; a second gas inflow line connected to a second movable platen flow path and disposed to be thermally non-coupled with the cooling part; and a second gas outflow line connected to the second movable platen flow path and merged with the refrigerator gas exhaust line.
UNDER COUNTER TYPE REFRIGERATOR
An under counter type refrigerator may include one or more evaporators to control a temperature in one or more storage compartments, where a machine room is lowered in height to increase a storage capacity of the storage compartment.
