LOCKER ASSEMBLY AND ASSOCIATED INSERT ASSEMBLY FOR A CABINET
A locker assembly insert 10 for a cabinet 11. The cabinet 11 is a two door cabinet having a first door 12 and a second door 13. A central mullion 19 having a rear cover plate divides the cabinet 11 down the middle and the doors 12 and 13 close the cabinet. The locker assembly insert 10 in this case is applied to a two door cabinet and has a central support member 20 (which is put in place by first removing the rear cover plate behind the central mullion 19, the rear cover plate is tucked in behind the central support member 20 before assembly allowing it to be reused if the refrigerator is ever restored to its original condition). The insert is completed using vertical divider sets 27, 28 and 29 and ten door locker door assemblies 30 and 31.
Modular container system
An exemplary modular container system is provided that includes couplings that may, in one embodiment, be implemented as integrated or interfaced receptacles and corresponding inserts that allow accessory items to couple with a compartment, which may be referred to as a wet box, and used as a container that holds items. The accessories may include, for example, a second compartment or dry box for holding items that need to be kept dry, a fishing rod holder, a shelf, a cutting board, a cup holder, a chair or seating platform, one or more dollies, or virtually any needed accessory.
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING OPERATION OF REFRIGERATOR THROUGH MECHANICAL ROTARY KNOB
The present invention discloses an air volume adjustment device for a refrigerator. The air volume adjustment device comprises: a fan capable of introducing cold air from an evaporator into the first air inlet cavity and the second air inlet cavity; a baffle arranged between a first air inlet cavity of a first compartment and a second air inlet cavity of a second compartment, which is capable of moving among a plurality of positions to adjust the volume of air entering the first air inlet cavity and the second air inlet cavity; and an operating knob and a potentiometer which are connected to the front side and the rear side of the baffle, respectively. The operating knob is capable of operably driving the baffle to move. The potentiometer transfers an electrical signal corresponding to a position of the baffle to the controller for controlling the fan or the compressor.
REFRIGERATOR APPLIANCE WITH A CONVERTIBLE COMPARTMENT
A refrigerator appliance includes a cabinet defining multiple food storage chambers which are operable at distinct temperatures. The refrigerator appliance includes a cabinet comprising a plurality of insulated mullions. The insulated mullions at least partially define a fresh food chamber, a freezer chamber, a convertible chamber, and a plenum. The refrigerator appliance also includes a first damper selectively providing fluid communication between the fresh food chamber and the plenum, a second damper selectively providing fluid communication between the freezer chamber and the plenum, and a fan disposed between the convertible chamber and the plenum. The fan is configured to force air from the plenum into the convertible chamber.
REFRIGERATOR
A refrigerator may include: a refrigerator compartment, a convertible compartment, an evaporator disposed in the convertible compartment; and a grill pan assembly forming a space where the evaporator is disposed by dividing the inside of the convertible compartment. The grill pan assembly may include an insulating member, a convertible compartment fan, a refrigerator compartment fan, and an opening device formed at the insulating member from the convertible compartment channel to the refrigerator compartment channel.
Refrigerator and Support Device for Refrigerator
A refrigerator includes a main body having one or more storage spaces and a support device configured to rotatably support the main body. The main body includes one or more storage spaces, a front face, and one or more doors configured to open and close at least one of the storage space(s). The support device includes a support body; a rotatable, upwardly extending shaft at or in a center of the support body and in a coupling hole, cavity or opening in the main body; a plurality of balls on and/or in the support body, configured to support the main body; and a coupling pin configured to move in a vertical direction and to fix a direction of the front face of the main body. The main body includes a plurality of latching holes, cavities or openings outside the coupling hole, cavity or opening, configured to receive the coupling pin such that the coupling pin limits rotation of the main body when the coupling pin is in one of the latching holes, cavities or openings.
Transformable refrigerated cargo containers
A transformable cargo container for use with ground and air transportation vehicles is disclosed. The cargo container includes a main container body defining a storage chamber therein and including at least one inlet. The cargo container also includes a transformable assembly coupled to the main container body and positioned at an exterior of the main container body. The transformable assembly includes one or more supplemental containers and one or more supply ducts, at least one of the supplemental container(s) being configured to house refrigeration equipment. The transformable assembly is moveable between an aircraft configuration and a ground configuration. Based on the transformable assembly being in either the aircraft configuration or the ground configuration, the refrigeration equipment is configured to supply coolant into the main container body via the supply duct(s) and the inlet(s).
REFRIGERATOR
A refrigerator is provided. The refrigerator includes: an outer case forming an exterior of the refrigerator; an inner case disposed inside the outer case, forming a storage compartment therein, and having a communication hole formed through a side surface thereof; a partition supported by the inner case to partition the storage compartment, and including a heat insulator inlet at a position corresponding to the communication hole; and a heat insulator filled between the outer case and the inner case and filled into the partition through the heat insulator inlet, wherein the partition includes a first vertical partitioning wall disposed between the outer case and the inner case and having a height to limit a size of the heat insulator inlet.
REFRIGERATOR
A refrigerator includes: an outer case forming an exterior of the refrigerator; an inner case provided in the outer case and including a first inner wall and a second inner wall opposite to the first inner wall; and an ice maker mounted on the inner case and configured to produce ice, the ice maker including an ice making case and an ice making cover covering an upper side of the ice making case, wherein the ice making case is supported by the first inner wall and the second inner wall, and the ice making cover is detachably coupled to the ice making case and configured to support an item on an upper side of the ice making cover.
