Refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser having an improved ice chute air seal
A refrigerator having an ice and water dispenser has a seal to sealingly engage the ice compartment when the refrigerator door is closed. The seal is flexible to accommodate manufacturing tolerance. The seal may be impregnated with a friction reducing agent to increase life of the seal.
Curved-bottom container
A container apparatus may comprise two sides, wherein the two sides each have curved edges and substantially flat surfaces, a front, a back, wherein the back is wider than the front, a curved bottom, and an aperture. The curved bottom of the container apparatus may allow for an improved ability to insert a bottle into a plurality of ice in the container apparatus with increased surface contact between the bottle and the plurality of ice.
Refrigerator
Disclosed is a refrigerator having an improved rear structure of a door. The refrigerator includes a main body including a storage compartment, a door rotatably coupled to the main body to open and close the storage compartment, a dispenser provided on a front surface of the door, a case mounted on a rear surface of the door and accommodating a water tank disposed adjacent to the dispenser to store water supplied to the dispenser, and a filter including a filter body disposed below the water tank in a transverse direction, and a filter handle configured to allow the filter body to be inserted or withdrawn through an inner side surface of the door from the inside of the case.
REFRIGERATION APPLIANCE CABINET
A refrigeration cabinet assembly for a refrigeration appliance (1) comprises a cabinet (20) having five closed faces and an open front face providing access to an interior of the cabinet. A lateral stiffening arrangement (50, 51) is provided within the cabinet to resist bending or bowing of the side walls, particularly when the cabinet includes upper and lower compartments, the upper compartment having a door hinged to the cabinet. The lateral stiffening arrangement reduces door droop. A torsionally stiff structure may also be fixed to one of the five closed faces (23) or a structure (31) could be added to one of the five closed faces (23) so that together with that closed face a torsionally stiff structure results. The torsional stiffness of the assembly is thereby increased beyond that of the cabinet alone so that the insulated cabinet has an improved ability to resist twisting, further reducing door droop.
LIQUID NITROGEN DISPENSING HEAD
An apparatus, system, device, and the like, for a liquid nitrogen dispensing head that may be used in a system for cooling aggregate, such as may be found in a batch plant involved in producing concrete. The dispensing head is positioned over a conveyor belt that conveys aggregate to a mixing apparatus to produce concrete. The head dispenses liquid nitrogen onto the aggregate to cool the aggregate and may include interior chambers separated by one or more baffles. The chambers may reduce the pressure of the liquid nitrogen onto the aggregate in relation to the flow pressure of the liquid nitrogen entering the dispensing head. In another example, an assembly may include sidewalls that extend to the aggregate on either side of the head to form a cooling tunnel through which the aggregate is conveyed and is exposed to the liquid nitrogen being dispensed from the head.
Domestic appliance
A household appliance includes at least one appliance body which has at least one wall element that at least partly delimits at least one isolation chamber. At least one fixing element is disposed on the wall element and is provided in order to fix at least one component to the wall element. In order to provide the device with improved assembly properties, the fixing element protrudes in a direction facing away from the isolation chamber beyond a plane spanned by the wall element.
BLAST CELL COOLING WITH GUIDED AIRFLOW
A blast cell system is provided with simple and scalable designs that prevent short cycling of air flow through any pallets in blast cells. The blast cell includes a plurality of suction channels that provide independent fluid pathways for directing the air drawn from different rows in the blast cell into the fan.
Icemaker assembly
An icemaker assembly includes a housing that defines a slot. A tray is operably coupled to the housing and defines a plurality of recesses. A duct is coupled to the housing and is disposed around the slot. The duct directs cool air along the tray. A fan is operably coupled to the housing at an acute angle relative to a planar extent of the tray. The fan and the duct evenly distribute cool air along the tray.
