A refrigerator is provided. The refrigerator includes a camera, a thermal imaging camera, a display, and a processor configured to acquire an image that photographed the inside of the refrigerator through the camera, identify an object included in the acquired image, acquire information on the temperature of the identified object based on a thermal image that photographed the inside of the refrigerator through the thermal imaging camera, and control the display to display information on the identified object and information on the temperature of the identified object.
METHOD FOR SELECTING ANTIBODIES WITH MODIFIED FCRN INTERACTION
Herein is reported a method for selecting a full length antibody comprising the steps of a) generating from a parent full length antibody a plurality of full length antibodies by randomizing one or more amino acid residues selected from the amino acid residues at positions 1-23 in the heavy chain variable domain (numbering according to Kabat), at positions 55-83 in the light chain variable domain (numbering according to Kabat), at positions 145-174 in the first heavy chain constant domain (numbering according to EU index) and at positions 180-97 in the first heavy chain constant domain (numbering according to EU index), b) determining the binding strength of each of the full length antibodies from the 10 plurality of antibodies to the human neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn), and c) selecting a full length antibody from the plurality of full length antibodies that has a different binding strength to the FcRn than the parent full length antibody.
Method of cooling a beverage container
Methods and apparatuses are provided for cooling of beverages containers, such as cans or bottles, quickly, or on demand. An apparatus may provide for quickly cooling a number of beverage containers when power is available and for storing them, once they have been cooled. The apparatus may include a thermoelectric cooler configured to rapidly cool a beverage container in a cooling cell. The methods may include detecting the presence of a beverage container in a cooling cell and cooling the beverage container to a selected temperature. The availability of external power may be detected and a rapid cooling of a beverage container may begin when power becomes available.
Thermally insulated packaging for shipping liquid in bottles
A thermally insulated structure for shipping goods, the structure including an insulated box having a goods receptacle and a phase change material module receptacle. The structure further including a phase change material module, and a set of vacuum panels configured to form an encapsulating layer around the insulated box.
Quick freeze cooler
The present invention involves using either liquid nitrogen, dry ice, a gel-like solution of water and alcohol in an ice pack, or a combination of these in a method or device for rapidly lowering the temperature of multiple food and beverage products at the same time. The gel-like ice pack may be shaped around the food or beverage product to increase the surface area resulting in faster cooling. The device may also contain a scale, infrared temperature sensor, and bar code scanner for determining the initial weight, temperature, density, and type of food or beverage product to be cooled.
Device for altering temperature of beverage containers
The disclosure features various embodiments and aspects of a chest for quenching beverages. The chest can include a tank for holding a chilled mixture of ice and water, an ice maker adapted for making ice having an output for ejecting ice into a conduit in fluid communication with the tank, and a plurality of quench trays disposed above the tank for holding containers of beverages located in first and second positions. The trays can be filled with cold water by way of a conduit in fluid communication with the tank. The quench trays can include a compartment defined by a bottom and a plurality of walls, and defining therein a plurality of rows for aligning and containing a plurality of beverage containers. The drawers can further include at least one drain orifice configured to guide water out of the quench tray.
