SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PRODUCTION AND SEPARATION OF HYDROGEN AND CARBON DIOXIDE
The present disclosure relates to systems and methods useful for providing one or more chemical compounds in a substantially pure form. In particular, the systems and methods can be configured for separation of carbon dioxide from a process stream, such as a process stream in a hydrogen production system. As such, the present disclosure can provide systems and method for production of hydrogen and/or carbon dioxide.
FLEXIBLE INSTALLATION OF A HYDROCARBON LIQUEFACTION UNIT
Natural gas liquefaction unit including at least one cryogenic cold box having at least one heat exchanger; a fixed assembly zone on its outer wall; at least one closed loop nitrogen refrigeration cycle; at least one device for equipment required for implementing the liquefaction of a natural gas stream from a hydrocarbon supply stream; at least one interconnection module comprising a pipe holder means and a set of pipes and valves, designed to connect said at least one cold box to at least one equipment device for the cycle for refrigerating and/or separating C6+ type hydrocarbon elements contained in the natural gas, wherein the interconnection module rests on a frame allowing it to be handled and is connected to the cold box and to the other method or equipment sub-assemblies located around said fixed assembly zone.
PROCESS AND PLANT FOR PRODUCTION OF PURE CARBON MONOXIDE AND HYDROGEN
Proposed is a process and a plant for production of pure carbon monoxide and hydrogen by steam reforming of hydrocarbons, preferably methane or naphtha, to afford a raw synthesis gas and subsequent, multistage workup, purification and fractionation of the raw synthesis gas to afford the target products, wherein the material streams obtained as by-products of the process chain are also to be advantageously utilized. This is achieved according to the invention by providing the recirculating compressor provided for recycling of the by-product material streams with a plurality of parallel, independently operable compressor stages.

SYSTEMS AND RELATED METHODS FOR SEPARATING NITROGEN FROM A NATURAL GAS STREAM CONTAINING LESS THAN 25% NITROGEN
A method for separating nitrogen from an inlet gas having less than 25 mole % nitrogen includes supplying the inlet gas having less than 25 mole % nitrogen to a nitrogen separation system configured with cryogenic refrigeration.
LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS RECONDENSATION SYSTEM AND RELATED METHODOLOGY
A method of recondensing boil off gas includes receiving liquefied natural gas from a storage tank and increasing the pressure of the received liquefied natural gas to produce increased pressure liquefied natural gas. The method further includes receiving boil off gas from the storage tank at a gas inlet of an ejector, and receiving the increased pressure liquefied natural gas at a liquefied gas inlet of the ejector. The pressure of the increased pressure liquefied gas is used as a motive force to eject combined liquefied natural gas and boil off gas at a pressure greater than that of the boil off gas received at the gas inlet of the ejector. The method additionally includes increasing the pressure of the fluid ejected from the ejector to produce increased pressure ejected fluid.
Process for Separating Hydrogen from an Olefin Hydrocarbon Effluent Vapor Stream
One or more specific embodiments disclosed herein includes a method for separating hydrogen from an olefin hydrocarbon rich compressed effluent vapor stream, employing a integrated heat exchanger, multiple gas-liquid separators, external refrigeration systems, and a rectifier attached to a liquid product drum.
