GOLF BAGS AND METHODS TO MANUFACTURE GOLF BAGS
Examples of golf bags and methods to manufacture stand golf bags are generally described herein. A golf bag may include a body portion with a first leg and a second leg. Each of the first leg and the second leg may be pivotally coupled to the body portion and moveable between a retracted position against the body portion and a deployed position away from the body portion. The first leg may include a first foot having a first retention portion configured to aid in retaining the first leg in the retracted position through magnetic attraction between the first retention portion and the body portion. The second leg may include a second foot having a second retention portion configured to aid in retaining the second leg in the retracted position through magnetic attraction between the second retention portion and the body portion. Other examples may be described and claimed.

Examples of golf bags and methods to manufacture stand golf bags are generally described herein. A golf bag may include a body portion with a first leg and a second leg. A golf bag includes a collapsible sub-assembly including a divider top and a base, a plurality of first snap-fit connectors provided around a portion of an outer perimeter of the divider top, and a flat having a divider top end opposite a base end, an interior side, and an exterior side. The flat includes a plurality of second snap-fit connectors provided along a portion of the divider top end. The flat attaches to the sub-assembly by mating snap-fit engagement of the plurality of first snap-fit connectors around the divider top with the plurality of second snap-fit connectors along the divider top end.

A sub-assembly for a golf bag includes a divider top having an outer ring and a plurality of apertures, and a leg mounting bracket having a mounting channel and a plurality of retention members extending into the mounting channel. Described herein is a golf bag with a sub-assembly and a stand assembly that together form a carry bag. The sub-assembly can comprise a divider top, a base, a divider sleeve, one or more stays that secure the base to the divider top, and a flat. The stand assembly can comprise a pair of legs, a spring, a pair of brackets for attaching the spring to the legs, and a pair of leg end cap protectors. When strapped to a golf cart, a golf bag can rub against portions of the cart, wearing paint off the legs. The instant golf bag comprises leg end cap protectors that can prevent wear on an upper portion of the legs. Furthermore, the stand assembly can be shipped disconnected from the sub-assembly to allow the sub-assembly to collapse and reduce shipping box size.

Described herein is a golf bag with a sub-assembly and a stand assembly that together form a carry bag. The sub-assembly can comprise a divider top, a base, a divider sleeve, one or more stays that secure the base to the divider top, and a flat. The stand assembly can comprise a pair of legs, a spring, a pair of brackets for attaching the spring to the legs, and a pair of leg end cap protectors. When strapped to a golf cart, a golf bag can rub against portions of the cart, wearing paint off the legs. The instant golf bag comprises leg end cap protectors that can prevent wear on an upper portion of the legs. Furthermore, the stand assembly can be shipped disconnected from the sub-assembly to allow the sub-assembly to collapse and reduce shipping box size.

The present invention provides an assemblable stand golf bag capable of being assembled and disassembled autonomously by a consumer. The assemblable stand golf bag comprises: a bag body and a support structure assembly for opening and keeping the bag body in an open state, disposed in the bag body, where the bag body includes a bag main body, a head frame connected to a top of the bag main body, a base connected to a bottom of the bag main body, and a guide structure for fixing a mounting track of the support structure assembly. By providing the detachable support structure assembly, the stand golf bag may be stored and transported in a compressed form, so that production and sales costs are greatly saved. By providing the guide structure, it is very convenient for the consumer to autonomously assemble the golf bag.

The present invention provides an assemblable stand golf bag capable of being assembled and disassembled autonomously by a consumer. The assemblable stand golf bag comprises: a bag body and a support structure assembly for opening and keeping the bag body in an open state, disposed in the bag body, where the bag body includes a bag main body, a head frame connected to a top of the bag main body, a base connected to a bottom of the bag main body, and a guide structure for fixing a mounting track of the support structure assembly. By providing the detachable support structure assembly, the stand golf bag may be stored and transported in a compressed form, so that production and sales costs are greatly saved.
