Induction dryer
In an induction heater, preheated, pressurized air is further heated in the heating cabinet and also drawn into the coil tube via a suction fan. The simultaneous pulling and pushing of the twice-heated air through the tube provides superior air flow to pick up more moisture from the can ends being dried. The tube ends rest on upwardly concave collars and are held in place by gravity, with a single screw acting as a stop above to prevent upward movement. Removal requires only removing the single screw at each end then lifting the tube straight up out of the cabinet, which is facilitated by providing a hinged cover on the cabinet.

A process is described wherein a high gravity centripetal separator and low temperature thermal process are cooperatively used to enhance the mechanical and thermal separation methods, resulting in improved efficiency of the hydrocarbon and water removal process. A process is also described wherein the oil base mud contaminated drill cuttings waste is heated to strip volatile constituents and excess water from the oil base mud contaminated drill cuttings to further enhance the mechanical and thermal separation methods resulting in improved efficiency of the hydrocarbon and water removal process. A less expensive process is also described where the oil base mud contaminated drill cuttings waste is heated to strip volatile constituents and excess water from the oil base mud contaminated drill cuttings to further enhance the recoverable liquids phase during mechanical separation. A conventional stripping process for oil base mud is also utilized.

Vacuum drying and solvent recovery device
Disclosed is a vacuum drying and solvent recovery device, including a vacuum drying system for drying an ink jet printing (IJP) ink by volatilizing a solvent in the IJP ink and a solvent recovery system for recovering the solvent volatilized from the IJP ink. By integrating the solvent recovery system outside the vacuum drying system and providing a plurality of solvent recovery chambers in the solvent recovery system to condense and recover solvents for various systems, the recycling of the solvents in the IJP inks and the reduction of production costs can be achieved.
