A process and apparatus for drying materials inside a kiln that sends heat produced from a wood burning furnace through an air-to-air heat exchanger that extracts recycled air from the kiln, heats the recycled air, and sends the recycled air back into the kiln.

A drying system for drying an agriculture product is disclosed. The drying system includes an enclosure having one or more wall structures and defining a chamber for receiving and storing the agricultural product. Each wall structure includes an inner wall having a plurality of wood panels and an outer wall. Each wood panel is a treated wood panel and is adapted to absorb moisture from an air circulating inside the chamber. Each wood panel is treated with a solution of calcium chloride to enhance a moisture absorbing capacity. The outer wall is disposed substantially parallel and spaced apart from the inner wall and defines a gap therebetween. The enclosure further includes one or more moisture absorbing materials disposed inside the gap to absorb moisture received from the inner wall.

A drying system for drying an agriculture product is disclosed. The drying system includes an enclosure having one or more wall structures and defining a chamber for receiving and storing the agricultural product. Each wall structure includes an inner wall having a plurality of wood panels and an outer wall. Each wood panel is a treated wood panel and is adapted to absorb moisture from an air circulating inside the chamber. Each wood panel is treated with a solution of calcium chloride to enhance a moisture absorbing capacity. The outer wall is disposed substantially parallel and spaced apart from the inner wall and defines a gap therebetween. An apparatus management system is provided which includes a bathroom heating and drying apparatus configured to control an air environment in a bathroom space; and a control terminal connected to the bathroom heating and drying apparatus to transmit and receive information to and from the bathroom heating and drying apparatus. The control terminal includes: condition acquisition unit configured to acquire operation information related to a control condition of the bathroom heating and drying apparatus; control condition determination unit configured to determine the control condition of the bathroom heating and drying apparatus, based on the operation information acquired by the condition acquisition unit; and an operating unit configured to operate the bathroom heating and drying apparatus under the control condition determined by the control condition determination unit.

An apparatus management system is provided which includes a bathroom heating and drying apparatus configured to control an air environment in a bathroom space; and a control terminal connected to the bathroom heating and drying apparatus to transmit and receive information to and from the bathroom heating and drying apparatus. The control terminal includes: condition acquisition unit configured to acquire operation information related to a control condition of the bathroom heating and drying apparatus; control condition determination unit configured to determine the control condition of the bathroom heating and drying apparatus, based on the operation information acquired by the condition acquisition unit; and an operating unit configured to operate the bathroom heating and drying apparatus under the control condition determined by the control condition determination unit.

A process and apparatus for drying materials inside a kiln that sends heat produced from a wood burning furnace through an air-to-air heat exchanger to separate the dirty particles from the wood burning process, after which the clean hot air enters the kiln to dry the materials.

Drying device for drying hygroscopic material, for example wood, has a drying chamber for accommodating material to be dried, and air conditioning for setting a drying climate in drying chamber during drying process. Air conditioning sets drying climate, at least in part, as a function of moisture of material to be dried. There are bar-like support devices for storing material to be dried in drying chamber during drying process. At least one bar-like support device has scale for measuring weight of material to be dried that is stored on support device. Scale is in signal transmission connection with a control apparatus designed and programmed so that moisture of material to be dried is determined from weight measured by scale. Control apparatus is designed and programmed for controlling air conditioning so drying climate is set as a function of moisture of the respective material to be dried, as determined from the weight measured.

Drying device for drying hygroscopic material, for example wood, has a drying chamber for accommodating material to be dried, and air conditioning for setting a drying climate in drying chamber during drying process. Air conditioning sets drying climate, at least in part, as a function of moisture of material to be dried. There are bar-like support devices for storing material to be dried in drying chamber during drying process. At least one bar-like support device has scale for measuring weight of material to be dried that is stored on support device. Scale is in signal transmission connection with a control apparatus designed and programmed so that moisture of material to be dried is determined from weight measured by scale. Control apparatus is designed and programmed for controlling air conditioning so drying climate is set as a function of moisture of the respective material to be dried, as determined from the weight measured.

Disclosed is a blower including a blower main body configured to move air from a main body suction port formed in a lower end thereof to a main body discharge port formed in an upper end thereof using an air-conditioning module provided therein, and a variable nozzle connected to the upper end of the blower main body so as to suction the air moved from the blower main body through a nozzle suction port thereof and discharge the air through a nozzle discharge port thereof, the variable nozzle including a pair of nozzle guides provided therein to adjust a partial pressure of the air to be discharged through the nozzle discharge port.

Disclosed is a blower including a blower main body configured to move air from a main body suction port formed in a lower end thereof to a main body discharge port formed in an upper end thereof using an air-conditioning module provided therein, and a variable nozzle connected to the upper end of the blower main body so as to suction the air moved from the blower main body through a nozzle suction port thereof and discharge the air through a nozzle discharge port thereof, the variable nozzle including a pair of nozzle guides provided therein to adjust a partial pressure of the air to be discharged through the nozzle discharge port.
