Drying method, drying device, and drying system making use of temperature differential

The present invention provides a drying method to dry a to-be-dried object by allowing the to-be-dried object to contact with gas having a different temperature. The method includes comprising: an introduction process of introducing the to-be-dried object; a first heating/cooling process of heating or cooling the to-be-dried object to have a first temperature; a transportation process of transporting the heated or cooled to-be-dried object; a humidity comparison process of comparing the to-be-dried object humidity of the to-be-dried object with the gas humidity of gas used for dehumidification; an atmosphere temperature adjustment process of adjusting, when the to-be-dried object humidity is high, the temperature of the gas used for dehumidification to a second temperature lower than the first temperature and adjusting, when the gas humidity is high, the temperature of the gas used for dehumidification to the second temperature higher than the first temperature; a dehumidification process of allowing the to-be-dried object to contact with the gas of the second temperature to thereby dehumidify the to-be-dried object; and a removal process of removing the to-be-dried object.

Dryer appliance having a fire extinguishing system equpped with a multiway inlet valve

A dryer appliance that includes a fire extinguishing system is provided. In one aspect, the dryer appliance includes a drum rotatably mounted within a cabinet. The drum defines a chamber for receipt of articles for drying. The dryer appliance includes a water inlet valve in fluid communication with a steam nozzle operable to deliver water into the chamber to form mist or steam. The dryer appliance also includes an extinguisher nozzle in fluid communication with the chamber of the drum and with the water inlet valve. Upon detection of a fire, water is provided to the extinguisher nozzle and the extinguisher nozzle directs a stream of water into the chamber to extinguish the detected fire.

ANALYSIS METHOD AND DEVICES FOR SAME

In order to provide a method for fault analysis in an industrial-method plant, for example a painting plant, by means of which fault situations are analysable simply and reliably, it is proposed according to the invention that the method should comprise the following: in particular automatic recognition of a fault situation in the industrial-method plant (101); storage of a fault situation data set for the respective recognised fault situation, in a fault database (136); automatic determination of a cause of the fault for the fault situation and/or automatic determination of process values that are relevant to the fault situation, on the basis of the fault data set of a respective recognised fault situation.

Drying spent nuclear fuel based on evaluation of drying characteristics obtained using gas spectroscopy

Apparatus and method for drying spent nuclear fuel loaded in a cavity of a canister. A non-reactive gas discharged from the canister is selectively circulated through one of a contaminated circulation system and a non-contaminated circulation system according to a measured radiation dose rate.

Substrate processing apparatus

In a substrate processing apparatus, a transport robot which transports a substrate between an indexer part and a substrate processing part is installed in a substrate transport part. The transport fan filter unit is provided in an upper part of the substrate transport part. An exhaust port is provided in the substrate transport part. The circulation piping allows the exhaust port of the substrate transport part and the transport fan filter unit to communicate with each other. The exhaust pipe is connected to the circulation piping. The inert gas supply part supplies an inert gas to the circulation piping. The circulation fan filter unit is disposed downstream of a connecting portion of the circulation piping with the exhaust pipe to be parallel to a flow path of the circulation piping.

Intelligent drying method and ultraviolet sterilization container

An intelligent drying method and an ultraviolet sterilization container are applied to an ultraviolet sterilization container for drying a sterilized article, the method comprising: that the sterilization container sequentially executes the following steps after receiving a drying instruction: releasing hot air to an article storage cavity; when an initial drying time is reached, collecting the intracavity temperature of the article storage cavity; automatically obtaining an extended drying time corresponding to the intracavity temperature of the article storage cavity; and continuously releasing hot air to the article storage cavity until the extended drying time is reached. The ultraviolet sterilization container includes: an article storage cavity, a heating air duct, a microprocessor, and a memory storing a computer readable program executable by the microprocessor. When the computer readable program is executed by the microprocessor, the sterilization container performs the above steps.
