Grain-drying facilities
The present invention provides grain-drying facilities which can effectively use the heat energy of biomass combustion hot-air that has been generated in a biomass combustion furnace. The grain-drying facilities 1 include: a biomass combustion furnace 3 provided with a heat exchanger 24 for generating a hot air from a combustion heat of a biomass fuel and an outside air which has been taken in from the outside; and a circulation type grain-drying apparatus 2 provided with a grain-drying portion 7 to which the hot air that has been generated in the biomass combustion furnace 3 is supplied through a pipe 15 for supplying a hot air, wherein the circulation type grain-drying apparatus 2 has a plurality of warming pipes 6a in the grain-drying portion 7, and an exhaust hot-air is supplied to the warming pipes 6a from the biomass combustion furnace 3 through a pipe 11 for supplying the exhaust hot-air.

An apparatus and a method is provided for continuously drying bulk goods, in particular wood fibers and/or wood chips, in a dryer, wherein the drying vapors are led to a dryer circuit, in which the drying vapors are indirectly heated via a heat-exchanger and are conducted to the dryer again.
Integrated unit for treatment and drying lignocellulosic material
An integrated boiler-dryer consisting in a sealable vessel capable of sustaining high humidity and variable gas pressures and into which is placed a lignocellulosic material, and a compound in mist form. The sealable vessel provides dry heat so as to dry the lignocellulosic material while the compound is impregnated within the lignocellulosic material.
Oven

Another oven has a first conveyor and first conveyor insulators that surround the first conveyor and define a first zone. Another method includes introducing foodstuff to a first conveyor belt within a first insulated zone, introducing heat into the first insulated zone, and retaining a portion of the heat within the first insulated zone. Another oven has an insulated cooking zone that closely envelopes a cooking path and an insulated oven zone that substantially envelopes the cooking zone.

AGGREGATE DRYER WITH EXHAUST QUENCHING SYSTEM
An exhaust quenching system is provided for use in connection with an asphalt concrete production plant having a dryer for drying aggregate material, an exhaust gas outlet conduit for discharge of exhaust gases from the dryer, and a dust collection assembly that is adapted to receive exhaust gases and entrained dust from the dryer via the exhaust gas outlet conduit. The exhaust quenching system is adapted to effect evaporative cooling of the exhaust gases in the exhaust gas outlet conduit upstream of the dust collection assembly.
A SLURRY DRYING PLANT, A METHOD FOR DRYING SLURRY AND USE OF A SLURRY DRYING PLANT
Disclosed is a slurry drying plant (1) comprising a slurry extruder (3) including a slurry inlet (2) and conveying means (4) arranged to convey the slurry through the slurry extruder (3) and force the slurry out of a plurality of exit openings (5) of the slurry extruder (3) to form a plurality of slurry strings (7), wherein the slurry strings (7) are forced out into a drying chamber (8) in which the plurality of slurry strings (7) is dried. The slurry drying plant (1) further comprises slurry heating means (6) comprising flow means for passing superheated steam past the slurry strings (7) in the drying chamber (8), and inlet pressure detection means (9) for detecting a slurry inlet pressure at the slurry inlet (2). The slurry drying plant (1) also comprises control means (17) arranged to control the conveying speed of the conveying means (4) in response to the slurry inlet pressure. Furthermore, a method for drying slurry and use of a slurry drying plant (1) is disclosed.
EQUIPMENT FOR REDUCING SPECIFIC AIR POLLUTANT GENERATED FROM HEATED ASPHALT CONCRETE WITH PROPORTIONAL CONTROL
Proposed is an equipment for reducing specific air pollutants generated from heated asphalt concrete with proportional control, which includes: a dryer for heating and drying aggregates and for burning harmful gases introduced through nozzles mounted thereon; a first dust remover for removing dust from the harmful gases emitted from the dryer; a fine dust remover for filtering fine dust from the remaining gases and dust; a bypass damper for returning some of the gases and dust emitted from the first dust remover to a second dust remover; the second dust remover for filtering the dust in the gases and dust emitted from the first dust remover; and a blower for feeding the gases exhausted from the second dust remover to the dryer, wherein clean gas exhausted from the fine dust remover is emitted to the air through an exhaust fan and a stack.
STEEL GRIT DRYER
A method of processing steel grit may include moving steel grit into a pre-classifier, weighing the pre-classifier with steel grit being processed by the pre-classifier, and altering a functional process to process the steel grit based on the weight of the pre-classifier including the steel grit. A machine for processing steel grit may include a pre-classifier configured to process steel grit to remove debris from the steel grit. A support member may be configured to support the pre-classifier. Multiple rotatable link assemblies may connect the pre-classifier to the support member to enable the pre-classifier to freely rotate as a function of gravity when supported from the support member. A weight sensor may be configured to weigh the pre-classifier including steel grit contained in the pre-classifier.
