Product drying apparatus and methods
The present invention provides improved apparatus and methods for the monitoring and control of apparatus designed to remove moisture from an initially wet product, such as a continuous dryer (14). The net rate of water removal from the wet product (16) is determined during drying thereof, preferably on a real-time basis. A control assembly (20) is operatively coupled with the dryer (14) and includes sensors (24, 26, 28, 34), which are operatively coupled with a digital controller (38). The controller (38) has a PID controller operable to continuously determine the average net rate of water removal from the product (16).
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR TEXTILES DISINFECTION IN HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE
The present invention relates to a UVC technology-based system for disinfecting textiles comprising an ultraviolet light source comprising a power supply; a housing to contain the light source and to protect it from any impact; an electronic card responsible for controlling the switching on or off of the ultraviolet light source; a driving means that activates the movement of the drum and an electrical resistance that allows the generation of heat to start the drying cycle inside the household appliance. The system allows disinfecting textiles by up to 99.9%, saving energy and, at the same time, reducing the process time and damage to the textiles.
DRYER FOR A TEXTILE WEB, WITH IMPROVED HOT-AIR SUPPLY
A dryer for a textile web includes a drying chamber having at least one air-permeable drum arranged in the drying chamber to rotate, wherein the drum includes an end face constituting an axially arranged suction side, the textile web is wrapable at least partially around the drum and heated drying air is flowable through the textile web. A hot gas source provides heated gas. A ventilator forms a suction draft via the suction side of the drum with drying air from inside of the drum and drying air that recirculates back into the drying chamber. At least one hot gas feeding ring encloses the suction draft and is configured to permit the hot gas from the hot gas source to flow essentially completely into the suction draft.
ENERGY-SAVING PORTABLE DRYER FOR DIGESTIVE ENDOSCOPE
An energy-saving portable dryer for digestive endoscope is disclosed, including a box and a top cover. The box is a hollow shell structure, and the top cover covers the upper port of the box to form a sealed environment. The upper end of the top cover is provided with a controller to control the operation of the device. The box is internally provided with heating tubes. The box is provided with a water inlet and drainage mechanism. The bottom end of the box is provided with a liquid heater to heat the disinfection solution in the box to generate hot vapor. The top cover and the box are installed and disassembled through a fixed mechanism. The energy-saving portable dryer for digestive endoscope has the characteristics of energy saving and high efficiency. And its effect of disinfection and sterilization is better, which increases the practicability.

Method for drying a humid polymer powder and device suitable for said method
An apparatus (1) and method for drying polymer powders is described. The apparatus has an inlet (2) and an outlet (3) for the polymer powder, heat registers (5) installed in the interior space (4) and lines (7) for a heated gas (6a) for drying the polymer powder. The lines open into the interior space (4) and are connected to heat exchangers (9) for heating gas (6). The heat exchangers (9) are connected to a plant for the preparation of 1,2-dichloroethane (15) and/or for the preparation of vinyl chloride from 1,2-dichloroethane so that thermal energy from the plant can be utilized for heating the gas (6). The method comprises treatment of a polymer powder with a heated gas (6a) in the drying apparatus (1).
Biomass stabilization assembly for managing soft cell organic material
A biomass stabilization assembly for managing soft cell organic waste ingredients. Prescribed ingredients are introduced into an inner chamber of a housing, such as through a top hatch, with subsequent unloading of a completed and chemically inert product occurring through a concealed chute and a rear port exhausting H2O gas vapor. The invention includes associated control and processor based components and operates outdoors or indoors of individual facilities and may further incorporate software protocols and algorithms which permit any status monitoring or modification of operational parameters as determined by sensor inputs.

System and Method for Combusting High-Moisture Fuel to Generate Steam
A process for combusting a high-moisture fuel to generate steam in which the high-moisture solid fuel is first dried by contacting with an oxygen-depleted gas stream while being heated by indirect heat exchange with a recirculating thermal fluid. The dried fuel is then combusted with a combustion air stream to produce a combustion products stream whose heat first is used to generate steam, and then to preheat the combustion air stream by indirect heat exchange in which a portion of the combustion air stream and/or a portion of the combustion products stream bypasses the heat exchanger. The combustion products stream also provides heat to dry the solid fuel via the recirculating thermal fluid.
Device for drying wood
The invention relates to a device for drying wood, comprising: a container (1) for accommodating the wood (2) and a plate (4, 4′, 4″) forming a wall (3) of the container (1, 1′, 1″, 1″), wherein the plate (4) can be heated and wood (2) at least partially lies against the plate (4).
