DRIER APPARATUS
A drier apparatus includes a cylindrical chamber in which a pair of screw conveyers each including a tubular shaft in which heat medium is able to flow, and carrier blades arranged on an outer surface of the tubular shaft is housed, a motor for rotating the screw conveyers, an input path connected to the cylindrical chamber at a proximal end of each of the screw conveyers, and an output path connected to the cylindrical chamber at a distal end of each of the screw conveyers. The input path and the output path include a device for opening and closing a path. Each of the screw conveyers includes a pair of tubular shafts arranged substantially in parallel with each other, and a plurality of semicircular carrier blades such that the carrier blades form a part of an imaginary spiral plane about the tubular shaft on an outer surface of the tubular shaft, the carrier blade being partially made of a material having a resistance to abrasion.
AN IMPROVED APPARATUS FOR COMPACTING AND DEHYDRATING ORGANIC WASTE AND/OR ALIMENTARY WASTE
An improved apparatus for compacting and dehydrating organic waste and/or alimentary waste, comprises: an opening for loading/introducing the organic material and/or the alimentary waste into the apparatus itself; mechanical means for compacting and dehydrating the organic material and/or alimentary waste, comprising a central compacting body, designed to separate the material to be treated from the liquid fraction contained therein; means for collecting and discharging the liquid fraction coming from the treated material; and a drawer, set underneath the central compacting body, for collecting the alimentary waste compacted and dehydrated via the central body and the non-compactable waste that may be introduced manually directly into the drawer.
Method For Operating A Plant For Drying Material To Be Dried By Means Of Superheated Steam
A material drying plant using superheated steam includes a downwardly open chamber with an inlet for the material to be dried, an outlet for dried material to be dried, an inlet for superheated steam and an outlet for a vapour, a conveying system for introducing the material into the chamber, transporting the material in the chamber, during drying, and discharging the dried material from the chamber, a vapour compressor for compressing a first portion of the vapour recirculated from the chamber and a heat exchanger for transferring heat from the compressed first portion by condensing a volume flow of the compressed first portion supplied to the heat exchanger. A vapour atmosphere is formed in an upper region of the chamber, which vapour atmosphere floats on ambient air located in a lower region of the chamber, wherein a transition layer is formed between the upper region and the lower region.
Waste drying
According to the present invention waste 7 is dried by applying the waste 7 to a floor 4 comprising several floor segments 34, 44, 46 and by conveying the waste 7 by a push floor mechanism in which only a part of the floor segments 34, 44, 46 is moved at a time in a direction of movement 8 or a counter direction 61. The energy for drying the waste 7 is provided by warm air 11 through openings 38 in the floor segments 34, 44, 46 from a pressure chamber 3 through the floor 4 into the waste 7 and through the waste 7.
Apparatus for processing organic matter having lid and air treatment system promoting pleasant user experience
Embodiments disclosed herein provide an organic matter processing apparatus and method for the use thereof to convert organic matter into a ground and desiccated product. The organic matter processing apparatus includes a lid assembly that is positioned at the top or head of the processing apparatus and an air treatment system. The lid assembly is operative to open to allow a user to deposit organic matter into the processing apparatus or to remove a removable bucket contained therein. The lid assembly is operative to close and provide an odor containing seal that prevents or substantially mitigates escape of odor. The air treatment system uniformly distributes untreated air through an air treatment chamber to convert the untreated air to treated air, which is exhausted out of the processing apparatus.

Multi-axis variable-speed hot washing module and hot washing method thereof
A multi-axis variable-speed hot washing module and a hot washing method thereof are provided. The multi-axis variable-speed hot washing module includes a storage assembly, a dehydration assembly, and one or more multi-axis variable-speed hot washing machines, where the multi-axis variable-speed hot washing machine is connected to the storage assembly and the dehydration assembly. Batches of materials are stored in the storage assembly. When cleaning, the materials are put from the storage assembly into one or more multi-axis variable-speed hot washing machines, and medicinal water is added. The multi-axis variable-speed hot washing machine replaces functions of a hot washing machine, a screw, and a friction machine, and has relatively large mechanical friction on the materials during cleaning. The materials after being hot washed by the multi-axis variable-speed hot washing machine are transported to the dehydration assembly for dehydration, so as to implement separation of cleaning water and the materials.
