Sand drying system and method of use
Sand and liquid that are stored within a hopper are pulled together along a trough by a set of discs that are attached to and rotate about a shaft. The trough is configured to allow the liquid to flow downwards as the sand is compacted and elevated. The discs conform to a part of the surface of the trough with enough space to allow the liquid to flow around it. This allows dry sand to exit the trough and retains the liquid in the hopper. The discs are rotated on the shaft by a belt and motor.
Blender
A blender has a mixing chamber for reception of materials to be blended. A mixing screw is mounted at a bottom of the mixing chamber for mixing materials within the mixing chamber and delivering mixed materials to an outlet feeding a processing line. Heaters are mounted within the mixing chamber for drying blend material in the mixing chamber.

Centrifugal sand drying system and method of use
A centrifugal sand drying system improves the removal of sand from liquid through the inclusion of a centrifugal separator with a hopper and screw. The mixture of sand and liquid is directed in a continuous feed to the centrifugal separator where it rotates to isolate the sand from the liquid. The liquid then returns to the hopper while the sand is directed to the screw where it is extracted from the system.
HYBRID DRYING OF INDUSTRIAL GOODS
The present disclosure relates to technology for hybrid drying of industrial goods. Specifically, technology is described by means of which the thermal and electrical efficiency of a hybrid drying system can be improved. An aspect of the present disclosure relates to a method for energy-efficient hybrid drying of industrial goods such as raw materials, the drying method comprising the steps: providing a wet product; preconditioning the product by successively exposing it to a first air circulation circulated through a first air circulation device, and a second air circulation circulated through a second air circulation device; hybrid drying the product by simultaneously exposing it to microwaves generated by a microwave drying device and a third air circulation circulated through said microwave drying device; whereby the second air circulation comprises the spent first air circulation that is warmed up and dehumidified using a heat pump system such that the second air circulation has a lower relative humidity and a higher temperature than the first air circulation; whereby the first air circulation comprises the spent third air circulation, that is warmed up and humidified in the microwave drying device such that the first air circulation has a higher relative humidity and a higher temperature than the third air circulation.
