FACILITY FOR FORMING WOOD PLASTIC COMPOSITE WITH MICROWAVE AND DEGASSING DEVICE
The present disclosure relates to a facility for forming a wood plastic composite by mixing and extruding wood powder and a polymer resin. According to a facility of the present disclosure, in a process of forming a wood plastic composite, gas and water vapor contained in wood powder and polymer resin are efficiently removed, and thus, a coupling force between wood powder and polymer resin increases, and also, wood powder is uniformly dispersed inside polymer resin, and thus, physical properties of a wood plastic composite to be formed is not degraded, and in addition, since there is no stagnant section while molten liquid of wood powder and polymer resin passes through each apparatus in the facility, wood powder is prevented from carbonizing or polymer resin is prevented from solidifying, and thus, physical properties of the wood plastic composite to be formed are maintained constant.
Drying of organic materials
Described is a method and apparatus for drying organic material using the energy contained in the organic material to be dried to drive the drying process. The organic material could be sewage sludge, food scraps, manure, wood, bagasse etc. The latent heat of evaporation is recovered through the use of a heat pump mechanism. This allows for the retention of a majority of the heat within the system, allowing optimal drying conditions to be maintained throughout the drying process.
Apparatus and method for continuously drying bulk goods, in particular wood chips and/or wood fibers comprising multi-fuel burner with a muffle cooling system
An apparatus and a method are provided for continuously drying bulk goods, in particular wood fibers and/or wood chips, in a dryer, wherein the drying vapors are led to a dryer circuit, in which the drying vapors are indirectly heated via a heat-exchanger and are conducted to the dryer again.
INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX FOR THE PRODUCTION OF CHARCOAL
An industrial complex for producing charcoal from briquetted wood waste includes a section for heat carrier preparation, a section for ground wood waste preparation, a wood drying section equipped with a driving device, a briquetting section and a low-temperature pyrolysis section. The section for preparing the gaseous heat carrier is in the form of a heat generator and is equipped with a furnace chamber for receiving combustion gases, a unit for incinerating recovered pyrolysis gases and a unit for introducing the steam-gas mixture returned from the drying section. The section for ground wood waste preparation includes a receiving hopper for the feedstock, crushing and milling equipment and a storage hopper equipped with a batch feeder. The wood drying section is equipped with a drying device that operates in a mode of combined circulation in a suspended state of the steam-gas heat carrier and crushed wood. A section for separating the mixed stream exiting the drying device includes a cyclone and a receiving hopper. The pipeline upstream of the cyclone is equipped with a device for regulating the target moisture of wood particles. The separation section includes a flue for dispersing waste gases from drying. The briquetting section is equipped with an extrusion-type press. The section for low-temperature pyrolysis is equipped with devices for producing charcoal.
Pressing device
A pressing device having an endless conveyor which includes conveying elements connected to each other to form and endlessly revolving track. Adjacent conveying elements are pivotally connected together via pins forming pivot axes. A press roller is provided in a pressing zone to apply pressure to the material to be pressed, which is conveyed on the endless conveyor. Adjacent conveying elements of the endless conveyor have intermeshing fingers, and the pin connecting the conveying elements penetrates these fingers, such that in the pressing zone the conveying elements assume a pivot position with respect to each other in which the outer side of the endless conveyor forms a closed, plate-like surface without protrusions of recesses. The pressing zone follows a break open zone in the circumferential direction of the endless conveyor, and in the break open zone the endless conveyor is deflected such that the outer side thereof is concavely bent.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR DRYING WOOD CHIPS
A method and device for drying wood chips to be used as raw material for a gas-generating reactor, the device being disposed between the storage for wood chips and the reactor. Product gas of the reactor is at least partially used in a block-type thermal power station (BHKW), and hot air from the housing of the block-type thermal power station is used to heat and dry wood chips in a drying hopper which has at least one outlet for the cooled humidified air. The wood chips enter the drying hopper through a first air-tight lock and exit the drying hopper through a second air-tight lock.
Method for continuously drying bulk goods, in particular wood fibers and/or wood chips
A method for drying bulk goods, in particular wood fibers and/or wood chips, wherein the bulk goods is continuously dried in a dryer (1), in particular a drum dryer. The vapor-gas mixture flows through the drum dryer (1) in a dryer circuit and is indirectly heated via at least one heat exchanger (4) by a burner waste gas that is heated in at least one burner (5). The drying vapors are supplied to the at least one heat exchanger (4). Upstream, downstream and/or within the at least one heat exchanger (4), at least a partial flow of the drying vapors are branched off to be conducted into the burner (5). The remaining partial flow is conducted to the dryer (1) again. The partial flow of drying vapors to the burner (5) is driven by at least one regulable partial vapor fan (10).
APPARATUS AND A METHOD FOR DEWATERING WOOD CHIPS
The invention relates to an apparatus (1) for dewatering wood material (2). The apparatus (1) comprises a first roll (3) and a second roll (4) that form a nip (N1) in which water can be pressed out of the wood chips (2). An endless permeable conveyor (5) is arranged to pass through the nip (N1) and carry wood chips (2) through the (N1). The invention also relates to a method of dewatering wood material in which the inventive apparatus is used.
