Sports paddle with improved head portion
A sports paddle including a head portion coupled to a handle portion. The head portion includes at least one core layer positioned between first and second face plates. The first and second face plates have first and second outer surfaces, respectively. The head portion defines a plurality of through-head portion holes extending from the first outer surface to the second outer surface and a plurality of grooves extending into the first and second face plates. The head portion can include first and second face plates having first and second outer surfaces, respectively, and the handle portion can include a grip. Each of the first and second outer surfaces can include a roughened region and a generally smooth region. The smooth region of the first outer surface can space apart the grip from the roughened region of the first outer surface.
Hitting Extension for Body-Positioning Trainer
A hitting extension for a body-positioning trainer is disclosed. The hitting extension has an elongate, generally flat body with first and second ends spaced from one another. The second end terminates in a rounded distal edge. A first opening formed in the body proximate to the first end allows the hitting extension to be connected to the body-positioning trainer. The body-positioning trainer restricts the movement of the arms in order to allow the user to focus on torso movement, and the hitting extension allows the user to hit a ball, or another such projectile, using the trainer. Methods for training a user in torso movement using the hitting extension are also disclosed.

Production process for PEAK racket
A process of manufacturing a PEAK racket includes the steps of taking a substrate layer, where the substrate layer is adapted to a PEAK racket; cutting a first filling space at a middle of the substrate layer, and filling a low-density material in the first filling space; cutting a second filling space at an upper side of the substrate layer, and filling a high-density material in the second filling space; respectively attaching and fastening a panel on each of two surfaces of the substrate layer, to obtain a semi-finished product; and drilling at a middle of the semi-finished product to form a plurality of through holes that are used for reducing wind resistance, wherein each through hole runs through outer side surfaces of the two panels. There is further provided the step of wrapping an edge of the racket, and mounting a handle.

Bat for playing ball games
The plastics bat for playing ball games comprises a handle and a ball-striking head for striking resilient balls. The ball-striking head comprises a rigid outer ring frame integrally formed with the handle, a first discrete lattice structure comprising a semi-rigid single planar lattice element and an identical second discrete lattice structure comprising a semi rigid single planar lattice element. The lattice structures are securely connected to opposite sides of the frame so as to define ball-striking faces, respectively. The lattice structures define an unobstructed internal space between them. The ball-striking head has a lightweight monocoque construction wherein the lattice structures and the frame form a load-carrying outer skin surrounding the hollow internal space.
