SEALED FURNACE
A furnace may include an outer wall defining a chamber, the chamber including an internal cavity configured to receive one or more parts, at least one heater positioned within the chamber, the at least one heater being configured to generate temperatures of at least about 800 degrees Celsius within the internal cavity, and a vacuum pump configured to apply a vacuum to at least a portion of the chamber. The furnace may also include at least one layer of inner insulation and at least one layer of outer insulation disposed outward of the inner insulation with respect to the chamber, the at least one layer of outer insulation being sealed with respect to the at least one layer of inner insulation.
Oven slot cover
An oven system includes an oven chamber defined by side walls and a top wall. The oven chamber includes a slot formed in the top wall. A conveyor rail extends longitudinally along the slot at a position outside of the oven chamber. A conveyor hanger is coupled to and movable along the conveyor rail to support a material within the oven chamber. A first support bracket and a second support bracket each extend longitudinally along a length of the top wall of the oven chamber. The second support bracket is spaced from the first support bracket to define the slot that extends longitudinally along the top wall of the oven chamber. A closure mechanism is coupled to the first and second support brackets to inhibit heat from releasing out of the oven chamber.
BLAST FURNACE WITH SHAFT FEEDING OF HOT PROCESS GAS
A shaft furnace, in particular a blast furnace, comprises includes an outer metal shell; a plurality of tuyeres arranged to inject hot blast into the shaft furnace; and means for injecting process gas in the shaft stack area, where the injector has a nozzle body with a peripheral wall extending along a longitudinal axis from a front portion, with at least one injection hole, to an opposite rear portion connected to a base member, where the nozzle body includes an inner gas channel for guiding process gas from an inlet port in the base member to the injection holes(s), nozzle body being mounted through an aperture in the metal shell in such a way that the front region with injection hole(s) is located on the inner side of the metal shell, whereas the rear portion is outside of the metal shell, and the base member includes a peripheral mounting portion configured for connecting the injector in a gas tight manner to a mounting unit surrounding the aperture in the metal shell.
SEALING ASSEMBLY AND REFLOW SOLDERING FURNACE HAVING THE SAME
A sealing assembly for installation sealing between upper and lower hearths of a reflow oven, the sealing assembly comprising a sealing strip and a mounting seat, the mounting seat being disposed at the bottom of the sealing strip. The mounting seat is configured to be mounted on the reflow oven; the sealing strip is elastic and can be removably mounted on the mounting seat. A support part is disposed at one side and abreast of a sealing part, the support part being closer to a hearth position of the reflow oven than the sealing part is. The mounting seat enables quick fitting and quick removal of the sealing strip; the support part can greatly reduce the pressure acting on the sealing part, and effectively obstruct corrosion by flux and heat from inside the reflow oven, greatly extending the service life of the sealing strip.
Sealing device
A sealing device is installed in heating treatment equipment through which a steel strip passes, the device including a rotary damper which is placed above the steel strip so as to be in contact with the steel strip, and a roll which is placed below the steel strip so that the roll opposes the rotary damper to form a pair consisting of the rotary damper and the roll opposing each other, the steel strip passing through a gap, which is formed between the rotary damper and the roll opposing each other, in which two pairs each of which is the pair consisting of the rotary damper and the roll opposing each other are arranged in tandem in a moving direction of the steel strip in the heating treatment equipment, and an inert gas is fed into a space defined by the two pairs arranged in tandem.
System and method for an electrode seal assembly
A sealing system for isolating the environment inside a vitrification container from the outside environment comprises a vitrification container with a lid. The lid comprises two or more electrode seal assemblies through which two or more electrodes may be operatively positioned and extend down through the lid into the vitrification container. The electrodes may move axially up and down through the electrode seal assemblies or lock into place. The electrode seal assemblies each comprise a housing having two halves with recessed ring grooves. Sealing rings with a split may be placed into the grooves. Gas galleries may be machined or cast into the housing such that they are adjacent to the ring grooves. The gas galleries distribute gas onto the external faces of the sealing rings causing a change in pressure resulting in the sealing rings compressing onto the electrodes and forming a seal.
Thermal reduction apparatus for metal production, gate device, condensing system, and control method thereof
Disclosed is a thermal reduction apparatus. The thermal reduction apparatus according to the exemplary embodiment includes: a preheating unit which preheats a to-be-reduced material and loads the to-be-reduced material into a reducing unit; the reducing unit which is connected to the preheating unit and in which a thermal reduction reaction of the to-be-reduced material occurs; a cooling unit which is connected to the reducing unit and from which the to-be-reduced material flowing into the cooling unit is unloaded to the outside; a gate device which is installed between the preheating unit and the reducing unit; a gate device which is installed between the reducing unit and the cooling unit; a condensing device which is connected to the reducing unit and condenses a metal vapor; a first blocking unit which is installed in the reducing unit; and a second blocking unit which is installed in the reducing unit so as to be spaced apart from the first blocking unit.
Sintering furnance
Disclosed is a sintering furnace comprising a furnace body and a lifting device, wherein the furnace body comprises a furnace chamber (10) and a furnace mouth (20), the furnace chamber (10) is connected with the furnace mouth (20), wherein the sintering furnace further comprises a sealing member (30) provided at the lifting device; when the sintering furnace is in a loading or unloading condition, the sealing member (30) blocks the furnace mouth (20). When the sintering furnace is in an unloading condition, the sealing member (30) can block the furnace mouth (20), the furnace chamber (10) does not contact with the outside directly, thus the temperature in the furnace chamber (10) will not drop sharply, and the service life of the sintering furnace will be increased.
