Heat exchanger and air conditioning apparatus including the same
A heat exchanger includes: flat pipes disposed in multiple stages in a stage direction corresponding to an up-down direction; and fins that partition a space between adjacent two of the flat pipes into air flow passages through which air flows. Each of the flat pipes includes a passage for a refrigerant inside thereof. The flat pipes are divided into heat exchange paths arrayed in multiple stages in the stage direction. One of the heat exchange paths that includes a lowermost one of the flat pipes is defined as a first heat exchange path. A length of the passage from a first end to a second end of a flow of the refrigerant in each of the heat exchange paths is defined as a path effective length.

WAVY ADJACENT PASSAGE HEAT EXCHANGER CORE AND MANIFOLD
A heat exchanger includes a first fluid inlet, a first fluid outlet, a second fluid inlet, a second fluid outlet, and a core section. The core section includes a plurality of first fluid passages through which a first fluid is flowed, and a plurality of second fluid passages through which a second fluid is flowed to exchange thermal energy with the first fluid. The first fluid passages and the second fluid passages extend non-linearly along a length of the first fluid passages and the second fluid passages between a first core end and a second core end opposite the first core end. A manifold is operably connected to the plurality of first fluid passages. The manifold includes a plurality of lateral passages intersecting the plurality of first fluid passages. The plurality of lateral passages vary in length depending on distance from a fluidly upstream end of the core section.
Monocoque shell and tube heat exchanger
A heat exchanger with a monocoque structure transfers heat between a first fluid and a second fluid. The heat exchanger in has a plurality of tubes through which the first fluid may flow in a direction, each of the plurality of tubes has a first mouth end, an N opposing second mouth end and a waist region between the first mouth end and the second mouth end. The heat exchanger also has one or more interconnected fluid channels through which the second fluid may flow, the one or more fluid channels lay generally in a plane, the plurality of tubes and the one or more fluid channels interleave such that heat may be transferred between the plurality of tubes and the one or more fluid channels, and the direction of flow of the first fluid is generally perpendicular to the plane of the one or more fluid channels.
MICRO-CHANNEL HEAT EXCHANGER
The present disclosure provides a micro-channel heat exchanger including two collecting pipes, and a plurality of flat pipes and two side plates that are arranged between the two collecting pipes, wherein the two side plates are located on two outer sides of the flat pipes and are defined as a first side plate and a second side plate respectively; fins are respectively arranged between the first side plate and the adjacent flat pipe and between the second side plate and the adjacent flat pipe; and the outer side of the first side plate and/or the second side plate is provided with a blocking part at a position close to the collecting pipe, and the blocking part can prevent composite material on the collecting pipe from flowing to a middle part of the first side plate and/or the second side plate.
Heat exchange tube and heat exchanger having the same
A heat exchange tube and a heat exchanger are provided. A tube wall of the heat exchange tube includes a first wall and a second wall, a first segment of the first wall includes one of a first groove or a first protrusion, a second segment of the first wall includes one of a second groove or a second protrusion, a first segment of the second wall includes the other one of the first groove or the first protrusion, the first protrusion is arranged in the first groove, the second segment of the second wall includes the other one of the second groove or the second protrusion, and the second protrusion is arranged in the second groove. At least part of each of the first segment and the second segment of the first wall is arranged between the first segment and the second segment of the second wall.

Heat Exchanger Tube Support
A heat exchanger for heat exchange between a first fluid and a second fluid has a plurality of tube sections, each having; an interior for passing the first fluid; an exterior for exposure to the second fluid; a first leg; a second leg; and a turn joining the first leg to the second leg. A has: fiber members passing between legs of the tube sections; and an end plate.
Heat exchanger and air-conditioning system
A heat exchanger (100) and an air-conditioning system. The heat exchanger (100) comprises: a group of first heat exchange tubes (T1) for forming a first loop (C1); a group of second heat exchange tubes (T2) for forming a second loop (C2); and a group of fins (3), at least a plurality of fins (3) in the group of fins (3) being in contact with both at least a plurality of first heat exchange tubes (1) in the group of first heat exchange tubes (T1), and at least a plurality of second heat exchange tubes (T2) in the group of second heat exchange tubes (T2). If one loop of an air-conditioning system having two loops is closed, heat exchange regions of the fins for the loop can be used in the other loop, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency of a heat exchanger.
