A putter comprises a handle at an upper end of a shaft of the putter to be grasped by one hand of a user, while an upper portion of the shaft between the handle and the head is to be grasped by a second hand of the user. The handle is arranged for swivelling movement relative to the upper shaft portion along a predetermined angular path defined about a transverse handle axis distinct from a shaft axis so that the handle can be fixedly held by the user and the shaft displaced in forward swinging movement along the predetermined angular path for hitting a golf ball. A putter head is pivotally connected at a lower end of the shaft to be movable about a distinct transverse pivot axis between a starting position in which a hitting plane is substantially parallel to the shaft axis and oblique ending position in which the hitting plane forms an acute angle therewith, such that the hitting plane of the head can remain substantially normal to the support surface after initial contact with the golf ball during the forward swinging movement.

A rotational assistive device includes a first end portion configured for operable connection with a user, and a second end portion configured for operable connection with an implement utilized via a swinging motion. A main body portion extends between the first end portion and the second end portion. The main body portion includes a plurality of telescoping leg portions, such that when the implement and rotational assistive device are swung, the main body portion moves between a closed position having a closed length and an extended position having an extended length greater than the closed length.

A golf swing playing aid device for use on a conventional golf club having a handle, an impact head and a shaft. The golf swing playing aid device includes a grip member having an outer portion and an inner portion. The outer portion is adapted to be grasped by the lower hand of the user. The inner portion is configured to slide along the golf club shaft. The grip member is configured such that when gripped by the lower hand of the user during a backswing the grip member slides down the shaft toward the head, whereby the hands of the user, when grasping the handle with the upper hand and the grip member with the lower hand can separate progressively during a backswing and then progressively return back into proximity during a downswing and follow-through of a golf swing to promote a more perfect and repeatable golf swing.

The present invention discloses a swing training device for enabling a user to learn a proper swing. The swing training device comprising a barrel, a handle having a first handle portion and a second handle portion and an extender device coupling the first handle portion and the second handle portion. The swing training device is configured to enable a user to achieve proper swing mechanics through feedback or diagnosis and correction of an individual user's swing. The swing training device further configured enable the user to establish muscle memory in the correct batting position so that the user would be able to assume the proper position and execute the swing consistently with proper swing mechanics.

This device is for assisting a person having insufficient control of one or more hands to strengthen and improve coordination of the hand and use a sporting element for effectively striking a ball. The device comprises: a body having an elongated open-end tube funnel having a hollow interior portion adapted to be secured to a shaft of the sporting element. Provided is an adjustable putter grip. The adjustable putter grip includes a first grip member coupled adjacent a first end of a putter shaft. A putter head is coupled to a second end of the putter shaft. The adjustable putter grip also includes a second grip member coupled to the putter shaft between the first grip member and the second end of the putter shaft. The first grip member and the second grip member are rotatable with respect to each other to adjust grip position, the second grip member is rotatable with respect to the first grip member to adjust grip position, or the first grip member is rotatable with respect to the second grip member to adjust grip position. A method of forming a custom grip or custom fitting of a golfer is also disclosed.

Various embodiments include a stick handling training device for a user to hold in one hand while holding an elongate shaft of sporting equipment in another hand. The stick handling training device includes an elongate tubular body configured to cover a portion of the sporting equipment shaft. The elongate tubular body includes an outer grip surface for the user to hold in the one hand. A cylindrical passage is included through the elongate tubular body from a first aperture at a first end to a second aperture at a second end. A diameter of the cylindrical passage is larger than a widest lateral dimension of the elongate shaft such that when the elongate shaft is disposed in the cylindrical passage and the outer grip surface is held by the user, the user may freely rotate and slide the elongate tubular body relative to a longitudinal axis of the elongate shaft.

The stick handling training device includes an elongate tubular body configured to cover a portion of the sporting equipment shaft.
