ARTICLE OF SPORTING EQUIPMENT WITH HEATED HAND GRIP
An example embodiment provides an article of sporting equipment having a heated hand grip. The article of sporting equipment comprises a shaft; a heated grip tape about at least a portion of a grip portion of the shaft; an overgrip disposed about the heated grip tape and the grip portion of the shaft; and a power source receiver configured to place a power source in electrical communication with the one of the heated grip tape or heated grip sleeve. In an example embodiment, the shaft is at least partially hollow defining, at least in part, a grip cavity and a stopper is disposed adjacent a second end of the grip cavity. The stopper is made of a thermally insulating material configured to insulate against thermal energy generated by a chemical heating packet inserted within the grip cavity from flowing down the shaft away from the grip cavity.
TABLE TENNIS PADDLE
A preferred embodiment of a novel paddle for use in racquet sports, and particularly table tennis, is disclosed. The paddle features a handle which is designed to comfortably conform to the players grip, while both enhancing total backhand play and allowing for ease of rotation to forehand play at any time on either side of the body; Thus, a paddle which eliminates ever being caught out of position. The alignment for the attachment of the handle to the blade is what is specifically unique.
ADJUSTABLE LENGTH SHAFT AND AN ADJUSTABLE MASS FOR A GOLF CLUB
A golf club has a first shaft coupled to a club head, a second shaft configured to slidably engage a portion of the first shaft, a grip coupled to the second shaft, and an adjustable length shaft assembly received by the second shaft and configured to allow a portion of the first shaft to slide in relation to the second shaft in a first configuration, and to restrict a portion of the first shaft from sliding in relation to the second shaft in a second configuration. The grip is restricted from rotation about the first shaft or the second shaft as the first shaft slides in relation to the second shaft.
ADJUSTABLE LENGTH SHAFT AND AN ADJUSTABLE MASS FOR A GOLF CLUB
A golf club has a first shaft coupled to a club head, a second shaft configured to slidably engage a portion of the first shaft, a grip coupled to the second shaft, and an adjustable length shaft assembly received by the second shaft and configured to allow a portion of the first shaft to slide in relation to the second shaft in a first configuration, and to restrict a portion of the first shaft from sliding in relation to the second shaft in a second configuration. The grip is restricted from rotation about the first shaft or the second shaft as the first shaft slides in relation to the second shaft.
HAND GRIP AID DEVICE
A hand grip support device is provided which includes a shaft having a tapered leading edge portion formed on a first side of the shaft and a curved edge portion formed on a second side of the hand aid device where the first side is opposite to the second side. A user may grasp the hand grip aid device so that the tapered leading edge portion is supported by the fingers in a closed first position while the curved edge portion is configured to receive a round or cylindrically shaped object, allowing the user to properly grasp round or cylindrical objects resulting in greater grip strength and less hand fatigue.
Golf tool devices
Golf tool devices and golf clubs having those devices attached to, or incorporated with, their grips are disclosed. In some embodiments, the golf tool device includes a housing and a tool assembly attached to the housing. The tool assembly includes a base jaw and a gripper jaw pivotably connected to the base jaw. The tool assembly additionally includes a spring connected to the gripper jaw and configured to urge the gripper jaw toward the base jaw. The golf tool device additionally includes a mode selector assembly configured to selectively switch operation of the gripper jaw between at least two modes. The at least two modes include a first mode in which the gripper jaw moves in response to urging of the spring, and a second mode in which the gripper jaw is secured in a first position that is spaced away from the base jaw against urging of the spring.
Golf tool devices
Golf tool devices and golf clubs having those devices attached to, or incorporated with, their grips are disclosed. In some embodiments, the golf tool device includes a housing and a tool assembly attached to the housing. The tool assembly includes a base jaw and a gripper jaw pivotably connected to the base jaw. The tool assembly additionally includes a spring connected to the gripper jaw and configured to urge the gripper jaw toward the base jaw. The golf tool device additionally includes a mode selector assembly configured to selectively switch operation of the gripper jaw between at least two modes. The at least two modes include a first mode in which the gripper jaw moves in response to urging of the spring, and a second mode in which the gripper jaw is secured in a first position that is spaced away from the base jaw against urging of the spring.
Swing training device
The present invention discloses a swing training device for enabling a user to learn a proper swing. The swing training device comprising a barrel, a handle having a first handle portion and a second handle portion and an extender device coupling the first handle portion and the second handle portion. The swing training device is configured to enable a user to achieve proper swing mechanics through feedback or diagnosis and correction of an individual user's swing. The swing training device further configured enable the user to establish muscle memory in the correct batting position so that the user would be able to assume the proper position and execute the swing consistently with proper swing mechanics.
