HEAT EXCHANGER PLATE INTERLEAVING AT ACUTE ANGLES - IN THE MANNER OF A PITCHED ROOF
The invention relates to a heat exchanger plate with a triangular profile, wherein the triangles connect each plate together with a base line and the triangles of the two adjacent plates point towards each other with their tips and stand on the base line of the other plate. In a second profile shape, the triangles are replaced by a profile shape that resembles a house with a pitched roof. The profile elements which protrude into the area of the “condensate tray” can be shortened by A h in the area where the condensate forms to improve condensate drainage. This reduces the adhesion forces, as a result of which the condensate can drain away better. The profiles can also have a zigzag shape (seen in the direction of flow).

A heat exchanger includes: a duct having an inflow port and an outflow port; a core part; and a fix plate. The core part includes: a plurality of cooling plates, each of which having a first plate portion and a second plate portion stacked with each other; and a plurality of spacer plates. The fix plate is formed in a frame shape corresponding to open form of the inflow port and the outflow port, and is fixed to the inflow port and the outflow port. A tank is fixed to a side of the fix plate opposite from the duct. HEAT SINK WITH IMPROVED THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY
A heat sink including a first face in contact with electronic components generating heat to be removed and a second face in contact with the medium into which to dissipate the heat generated by the electronic components, including: at least one device for enhancing the thermal conductivity including a dome-shaped surface, a pin and a lateral section of revolution about the pin, the dome-shaped surface being connected to one end of a pin and to the lateral section of revolution, the dome-shaped surface being arranged on the second-face side, the free end of the pin being arranged on the first-face side.
MICROCHANNEL FLAT TUBE AND MICROCHANNEL HEAT EXCHANGER
The present application discloses a microchannel flat tube and a microchannel heat exchanger. The microchannel flat tube includes a flat tube body and a row of channels. The row of channels is arranged in the flat tube body along a width direction. The row of channels extends through the flat tube body along a length direction. A cross-section of each channel includes a first width in the width direction and a first height in a thickness direction. The row of channels at least includes a first channel, a second channel and a third channel along the width direction. The first widths of the first channel, the second channel and the third channel are decreased at a fixed ratio, thereby facilitating the control of the thickness of the microchannel flat tube and improving the heat exchange efficiency of the third channel.
HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat exchanger includes multiple tubes and multiple fins. Each of the tubes has a tubular shape extending in a horizontal direction. Each of the fins is disposed between adjacent ones of the tubes in a vertical direction vertical to the horizontal direction. Each of the fins is corrugated and includes bent portions located near the adjacent ones of the tubes and flat plate portions each of which extends in the vertical direction to connect between two of the bent portions. Each of the fins includes a pair of slits and an offset portion. At least a portion of the pair of slits extends to one of the bent portions. The offset portion is formed by having a portion of each of the fins between the pair of slits recessed inward of the one of the bent portions.
TURNING VANES AND HEAT EXCHANGERS AND METHODS OF MAKING THE SAME
Heat exchanger assemblies including turning vanes are taught herein. In preferred embodiments, the heat exchanger assembly comprises: an inlet duct; a heat exchanger coupled to the inlet duct and a plurality of turning vanes coupled to the heat exchanger and protruding into the inlet duct. The intake plane of the heat exchanger is at an angle between 0 degrees and 90 degrees to the primary flow direction of the inlet duct. The plurality of turning vanes comprise: a straight leading edge of length L that is parallel to the primary flow direction of the inlet duct; a convex lower surface that transitions a bottom of the leading edge to an upper wall of a lower channel of the heat exchanger; and a concave upper surface that transitions a distal point of the turning vane to a second channel of the heat exchanger.
Heat exchanger with air flow passage for exchanging heat
A heat exchanger includes: multiple flat tubes that extend in a second direction intersecting a first direction which is an air flow direction and that are disposed at intervals in a third direction that intersects the first direction and the second direction; and multiple plate-like heat transfer fins that extend along the third direction and that are disposed at intervals along the second direction. The heat exchanger causes refrigerant in the flat tubes to exchange heat with the air flow that passes through heat exchange spaces formed by adjacent flat tubes and adjacent heat transfer fins when viewed from the first direction. The heat transfer fins each have a heat transfer fin front side surface that is one main surface, a heat transfer fin back side surface that is the other main surface.

The core part has a unification part that unites a part of the spacer plate and a part of the cooling plate opposing the spacer plate.
