A golf putter grip capable of displaying a force accumulation value before a stroke, which comprises an upper grip connector, a lower grip connector, a pressure inductive sensor, a processor and a display screen, wherein the upper grip connector and the lower grip connector are connected through the pressure inductive sensor to form a grip body, and a gap is formed at the joint of the upper grip connector and the lower grip connector; the pressure inductive sensor is electrically connected with the processor, and the processor is electrically connected with the display screen for converting a pressure signal collected by the pressure inductive sensor into a visible number to be displayed on the display screen.

A swing exercising system for use by a user, comprising a swing exercising apparatus to be swung by a user that includes a movable weight component configured to move along an elongated member when the user swings the swing exercising apparatus. wherein the swing exercising system can provide information related to swinging of the swing exercising apparatus by the user, which may help him/her train, practice or otherwise improve for any sport or other activity of interest to him/her. A system and method configured to receive or obtain action quality data related to a user's action with a tool, such as a swing with a golf club, and corresponding pressure data related to the user's grip on the tool during the action. The system and method are configured to determine a correlation between the pressure data and action quality data, which may be normalized to remove the effects of gravity if the data is collected with a sensor that is sensitive to gravity, and output at least one indicator related to the correlation.
