A heat-dissipation device and an electronic apparatus are provided. The heat-dissipation device includes a pump and a pipe. The pump includes a rotary portion and a driving portion. The rotary portion is disposed in the pipe, and the driving portion is operative to provide a rotary driving force to the rotary portion to circulate a cooling fluid within the pipe.

Heat dissipation device

A heat dissipation device with forced coolant flow is provided which includes a base, coolant conduits, and a driving module. The conduit includes an inlet port, an extension segment, and an outlet port. The extension segment is connected to the base. The driving module includes a housing, a separating member, and two magnetic driving members. The separating member, being a thin magnetic plate, is positioned in the housing and defines a first chamber and a second chamber for coolant. The first chamber and the second chamber are connected to the inlet port and the outlet port and a flow of coolant can be initiated by alternating an electrical current feed to the two magnetic driving members on each side of the separating member.

Cooling device and heating and cooling apparatus

An analyzing device includes a heating device, a cooling device, and a controller. The cooling device includes a piezoelectric pump, a check valve, an exhaust valve, and an air tank. The analyzing device heats a subject by the heating device. The cooling device drives the piezoelectric pump while the heating device heating the subject. With this, the outside air is sucked through a suction port and the air that is discharged from the piezoelectric pump is accommodated in the air tank through the check valve. Then, the pressure in the air tank is increased. Thereafter, the cooling device stops driving of the piezoelectric pump. With this, the air in the air tank is discharged toward the subject via the exhaust valve so as to cool the subject.
