The first portion includes a wall forming the cylindrical shape thereof. An alternative embodiment of the present invention includes two identically constructed bodies having a connection member integrally formed therewith and is configured to receive and store two bats.

The finger plate may be made of a rubber base supporting a fabric top. The finger plate may have multiple fingers that help to center a bat vertically within the bat stand. In some embodiments, screws secure the ring to the body with the finger plate in between.
